The first time I ordered I ordered a nine and a half and according to the normal Puma shoes I wear that should have been a snug fit but the nine-and-a-half and the Puma Safety Shoes are larger than the 10 and 1/2 Puma normal shoes I have. That was not a problem as they exchanged one size for the other I got eight and a half mediums and they fit absolutely snuggly and perfectly. My shoe range from things that I wear are from 1/8 and a half to attend and a half depending on whether it's a boot or a tennis shoe and depending on the company but if you wear Pumas normally get a size down from what you where normally that's my suggestion. And Zappos customer service is top-notch!!!!

MOst of my shoes are 9.5. That’s why I ordered them that size. A little bit big but not by much. They are great for work. I used them yesterday and now, I don’t have to worry about dropping heavy boxes on my feet. A+++

Puma makes amazingly comfortable sneakers. THESE work shoes don’t disappoint. The gel cushioning feels amazing. I thought initially that I made a mistake in ordering my usual size considering the protective toe area. Yet, when they arrived, there was plenty of room in the toe and side areas. I cannot speak highly enough for this brand of work shoes.

They are a great looking shoe super comfortable fit like a dream I'm on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day my feet have not hurt yet again great fitting shoe would recommend to any one well worth the money

The shoes were terrible after wearing for 5 min my pinky toe just started to throbb in pain I wore once at work and a few times out and about outside of work they're the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn I had them for two weeks and everyone it was the same problem I mentioned above i rather wear 10 inch heels then yourbshoes

Absolutely terrible. I wore them for 2 hours and had huge blisters on the back of my heels from rubbing and could barely walk. Huge waste of money ordering and will probably never wear them again. Very disappointed.
