In general I am more then satisfied with the Dickie pants and shirts I have purchased over the last ten years. However stitching on this pair unraveled at the waste after two washing. I'm sure I just got a bad pair of pants. It happens.

Durable pants, just should gotten a size bigger. I'm a power lifter and the leg are tight, I do a lot of,crawling in attics and crawl spaces, and they are tight in the legs and butt. Which my wife likes but uncomfortable

I bought these because this is what I have been wearing but apparently the cut and design of the pants have changed. The material and color choices were nice but the front pockets had no depth at the sides and would not keep the things in the pocket and the zipper was too short I didn't like how they fit it should have been an inch longer. So I ended up returning all the pants I purchased

These pants are really comfortable. The stretch allows you to bench and crouch much easier when working, however the photo on the website is not accurate. The photo shows minimal belt loops on the pants which is what I prefer. When I received the pants they have two extra belt loops located in the back of the pants. You don't need seven belt loops to keep your pants secured around your waist. Five is good enough and actually look better.

I like the slimmer fit and the flex fabric but can't stand the front pockets and front belt loops. My cell phone can sit sideways in the front pockets and still stick out halfway. The front belt loops are... non existent.

I had old pairs of Dickies pants 20 years old and i hoped theses would replace them. The front pockets are too shallow on the leg seam side of the opening, around 3 inches. I am an electrician and when i am servicing a cabinet l am used to putting tools in my front pockets. that is not possible with the design of these pockets. I will have to try the non Flex duck carpenter pants and see if the pockets are constructed in the old way.

Bought these as a lighter weight option to carpenter jeans.Tight fit in the thighs, and they fall down easy. To me the material is too stretchy almost like something a woman would wear.

They are not too bad for the most part but there are a couple of things that I do not like. They are missing two belt loops at the front of the pants and the front pockets are shadow and are not squared off at the bottom; they almost come to a point. Also, I think they are going to wrinkle easily across the front sitting or squatting.

There fine for work. Do not like the new pocket style . Pockets are shallow nothing sits in them right . I normally buy the straight 6 pocket original duck pants regular fit which i like. Can't find them anywhere in my size. Not even at dickies web sight . My size is 34x32 which is pretty common . Disappointed.

I ordered these in 42w 32 L, but the length is more like a 34. They drag the ground and go under my heels. Otherwise the pants fit good. I didn't care for the front pockets though.

The FLEX makes them a comfortable pant but they attract dirt like crazy and they won't let it go. I try brushing it off but it seems embedded in the fabric.
Also noticing that the knees are showing some wear from kneeling. Afraid they aren't going to hold up that well.

it's been 1 month and I wear 3 different pairs of pants a week, wash them once a week, it's been 1 month so far, they fit good, more of a summer type pant, pockets are easy access, and haven't loss anything yet out of them, tool pockets are good can even fit my phone in it if I want, wish both sides had pockets like the right side and the belt loop is on the wrong side for a right hand man on all pants, can't figure this out. Fly zipper needs to be a bit lower not easy access, belt loops need to be closer in the front, front sags with belt on. No holes in the knees yet, the 34x32 size seems good, my size. the back pockets are big and seem lower than my other pants, feels funny to have my wallet in them or my phone. Nice looking pants in all, make more pockets, lower the fly, closer belt loops in front and they will be perfect.

Bought these to replace a worn out "c" brand pair. Thought the slash pockets would be easier to get things out of. They are, but too easy.
The front pocket depth is just too shallow. Everything falls out of the pockets when you sit down or lay supine. Not ideal for work pants. Could you PLEASE make the pockets deeper and the openings just a bit shorter? Most guys I know actually have stuff in the front pockets of work pants: car keys, change, pocket knife, flashlight and such. It would be great if those items stayed in the pocket while actually working.
AS others have noted, the belt loop spacing on the front is too far apart. Need first loop closer to the midline opening and add an additional set of loops in front. This would help prevent belt riding up when working, especially if you wear a tool belt.
I'd like to give these a better recommendation but just can't until the front pockets are made deeper so things don't fall out when I move.
It's not all bad news tho. I actually like the flex fabric and the cut of these pants. The little bit of stretch makes them fit lots better. Good job!
Shipping was fast for my whole order. Thanks for that.

Purchased these as I thought they were the same as what I had been using for a long time. These sit lower on your waist, the pockets are cut on an angle which is easier to get your keys out, but you can't hang a measuring tape or cordless gun on the pockets which doesn't work for me being an electrician. I really liked the originals but I don't see them as being available anymore.......

I wish the pocket openings weren't so wide and the pocketss so shallow. Everything falls out. Why aren't the pockets made like the other carpenter pants? They look similar but the details aren't fine tuned enough. Plus they loosen up quite a bit during a work day which I guess is normal for a stretchy pant.

I got these pants for work and they performed well. The pants didn't snag or strtch out from heavy movement. They were light but still durable.

Over the last several years, I have purchased 6 pairs of Dickies duck carpenter shorts and 1 pair of duck carpenter pants. I recently decided to buy a second pair on the pants. The recently purchased pants looked fine. Unfortunately, after washing, the seam on the right leg rotated so that it now runs down the front of my leg. I understand that these are work pants but I paid a significant price for them. They should look right.

I have bought dickies work pants all my life but in the last few years as soon as I was them the button comes off. I called last time because I preset 5 pair of pants and 3 pairs lost the button in the first week. When I called and emailed with no reply. The pants are very durable and comfortable but the button thing is the bad part it use to not be like that.

Weird Fit. Front pockets sewn incorrectly making access awkward. Dickies inconsistency is not a good thing. From order to order it seems they are made in different factories with different standards, and for that matter different materials.

These pants are incredibly comfortable and allow ease of motion. They also look great and I've had no problem cleaning the mud and dirt off of them. I originally wore these as work pants but they were so easy to wear, I started hiking and camping in them.
I want to love this product, but unfortunately, the pants are not durable. Rear pockets, knees and crotch all started to fail after a few months of use.

Thin cheap fabric, good for summer but not very durable. Pockets are not sturdy enough for tools. These lasted 6 months, maybe 50 wears before the seat blew out.
Fit is decent. Rise is at least an inch too low. I don't like how they don't make a full range of waist sizes.
