"Cool" fabric with the 1 setback is the easy loosening of the collar. Now im choosing my reg cotton long sleeve over the "Cooling Temp-IQ" looking sleeve for that very reason.

Great shirt but does not having that cooling effect I was looking for. Strong materials great for work but not good for hot/humid days.

It keeps you cool , but don't wear in a Saw Mill the sawdust sticks to it .

I bought 4 of these shirts, all L in white, and while they are fine for day to day wear, they are not what I was hoping for., for sustained outdoors work or play! I own 7 of the previous style, all polyester long sleeve performance Tees and I LOVE THEM! I live in SW FL( days in the 90's & 80% humidity) and I use those for fishing and yard work, and while you'll sweat in them, they dry almost immediately from a breeze or once inside in the A/C. Not so for these 50/50 cotton/poly tees! That cotton just doesn't let the moisture go, and with the humidity there's never a chance for it to dry or cool. PLEASE! Bring back the old style... and in some light colors... tan and light greens and blues! I LIVE in Dickies! Shirts, shorts, socks and pants and I'm happy with all, but I would love to see the old style, all polyester Long Sleeve Performance Tees come back!

shoulder and arms fit perfectly. torso/abdomen area is way too wide so that's why I gave it a 3 star rating.

The shirt (as all Dickies clothing) is well made and True to Size. I wanted the long sleeves for sun protection working outside. The "Cooling" enticed me to purchase. This is not "sweat wicking" like a golf shirt. This shirt holds the sweat and weighs you down with the weight on the sweat. The shirt also shrunk a little in washing; but still fits to size.. It is however, good protection from the sun.

Sleeves are too long. I should of returned but I sent them to my son. He told me that the sleeves were to long.

I won't buy any more of these. Not cool at all. They fit fine but they are not cool or breathable.

If the wind is blowing and you are already sweating then these shirts are like wearing a greenhouse. If you stand in the shade while you're sweating and the wind is blowing the these shirts are like wearing a wet long sleeve shirt in summer.

Somebody decided that taking out the full size pocket by reducing the space for a skinny pen was a good ideal. The skinny space does not accommodate a felt tip marker that we use. The now smaller pocket does not hold our notebooks. The seam ripper solved these design flaws.

This version of your stay dry/cool shirt is not even close to the original stay dri shirt that you put out a few years back.. I wish i could find the older type but it seems like it was discontinued.. I value the products that you put out but the new version is a much more hotter feel.. and definitely does not breath as well.. if I am mistaken and you still sell the original do fit long sleeve shirt with pocket and pen slot .. Doesn't fit well. The collar is lose & the chest is a little tight. MOST IMPORTANTLY... I got these to work in & the sleeves slide down past my wrists. No bueno.

This is not a summer shirt. It is too warm and not as breathable as my polyester shirt from Walter Hagan. Good for wintertime.

I would give this shirt a 5 + if it came in HIGH VIS. colors. Orange or Yellow Chartruse. Come on lets get with the program. Saftey first. Let me Know when you have them and I will buy some 3xlt. Thank you,.

Not what I was expecting. These shirts have cotton in them so I can not believe they should be advertised as cooling.

Not what I expected, not a cooking shirt, just a thin cotton t shirt

The neckline is way big in comparison to the regular longed sleeved Dickies shirts. The longer I wear this shirt the baggier it gets. After sweating while wearing it I feel like it's just getting more saggy. For the price I think this is a very poorly fitting shirt. I more than likely will never order another one of these shirts.

Did not wick away moisture well. Retained the moisture the same way a 100%cotton shirt would have. Cut is also on the larger size, i think an XL would have been a better fit.

I'm sending this back. Adults need cuffs to keep sleeves from covering their hands. And the fit is super boxy and not long enough for a "long T". Also the quality from Dickies has gone way down last 10-20 years. Disappointed.

I like the shirt and I ordered the same size as I order for the heavier long sleeve shirt you sell. This is longer in the sleeves and longer in length so they are too big.

Still has that waste of a waist tag that's pain in my side until I very carefully cut it off.
