Amazing shoe! Smart, classy, well-constructed. I love the natural wood pairing with the black upper. LOVE. IT. Sadly, these just didn't fit me properly. Length was great, and the width was pretty good (I'm a narrow) but there was something weird about the heel for me. I think the heels were too wide and caused them to slip up and down, almost like a clog. Sadly, I have to return them, but I really think they are lovely if your foot works in them!

I think these shoes look great and for the most part feel good. There's a hidden piece of elastic across the instep that helps the fit. But I find the ankle area to be wide and the toe area to be narrow. (I had to say they are true to size and width because of this contradiction.) That's how shoes generally fit me though, so this could just be me. Worth a try because they are well made, look and feel nice, and are versatile. Socks or no socks would be fine, and that's what I was looking for.

I was very sad to return these shoes, because they are absolutely beautiful and very high quality. I am a huge fan of Naot shoes, and I own 4 pairs. All of my current shoes are size 42, and so that is what size I ordered of the Naot Angin. They were very tight, especially over the front/top of my foot. If there had been an option to order a larger size, I would have, but unfortunately 42 is the largest size available. I wanted to keep them and hope they would stretch out, but I just couldn't risk it. Naot shoes are worth every penny, but I need perfect fit to justify the expense.

I purchased for business trips. This shoe is versatile for business dress slacks or jeans. Now I can take one pair of black shoes and it fits every occasion. I did purchase inexpensive gel heel inserts as at first the back of the shoe felt too high on my ankle. Once I put those in they were very comfortable.

I am a big fan of Naot sandals; they are the only sandals I wear, and I have ~10 pairs in my closet. I have fewer non-sandal shoes by Naot. I really like these, though. The styling is very nice, and I particulary appreciate the piece of elastic that goes across the top of my foot, under the tongue. I have fairly "slim" feet (not really narrow, but close) and one very weak ankle. I find that Naot shoes work really well for my feet. These are definitely keepers!

These felt ok while wearing them around the house. The day I wore them to work, one shoe rubbed a blister on the back of my foot and grew more uncomfortable as the day went on. They are also difficult to get into because of a top band that has little give. Unfortunately, I've wasted $200 on a pair of shoes I cannot return because I wore them outside. They looked a bit more stylish than most orthopedic shoes but way too tight after about 3 hours in them. I can't really speak to the arch support because I did not keep them on long enough. I had to switch to another pair of shoes.

The toe box was too shallow for my right foot. Beautiful shoe, I’m sorry they didn’t fit my unusual need for deep toe box.

Absolutely loved the style of Naot Angin Loafer -- nice heel, attractive and interesting high vamp, comfortable sole, rich black nubuck -- and they look REALLY cute on, but they seem to lack a level of support or structure or something, and my feet were just not comfortable inside the shoes. I am VERY disappointed to have to return them because they really are a great looking, different kind of loafer. Wish they worked.

These shoes were just what I was looking for-casual to dressy. The style was cute and I wanted them to be comfortable so I could keep them, but the heel was stiff and cut into my heel even though they were plenty big for me. The toe area also felt too tight and hurt my feet. Softer more pliable leather could help. Sadly I have to return and try to find a more comfortable shoe.

What a good looking shoe! For me, the problem is that piece of elastic inside the shoe over the instep. It is too tight and made the shoe an uncomfortable fit, as well as difficult just to get on. I don't have a high instep, so this was unusual. I even ordered the next size up, a 42, but it did not help. Too bad.

I so wish I could have kept these. My normal size is 9.5 or sometimes a 10. The 9.5 was way too small. The 10 arrived and it fit, BUT there was a bit of stitching at the top back of the heel that dug into my foot on one shoe. Since I would have worn these with footies that wouldn’t do. Otherwise they were quite comfortable. I could order another pair but ran out of time before a trip. These are adorable, would look great with skinny jeans, tights, skirts or pants. A very versatile shoe.

I wear a 9.5 in American shoes. The size 40 was perfect. This is a very handsome shoe, and I love the navy. The problem for me was it was too tight and stiff around the metatarsal area. My big toe joint was inflamed after wearing them for a few minutes. I also would have liked to see more padding at the back of the heel. Naot seems to take an austere approach to padding. Compare these to similar Cobb Hill shoes and you’ll see what I mean. Why pay double for this shoe and get less comfort?

I have narrow heels and these were just a bit too big for me in the heel. Otherwise the fit was excellent - hit and supported my arch perfectly. They were almost what I wanted in terms of looks tho a bit clunky. The two kinds of leather on the front contribute to that. So, I didn't keep them.

Love the shoe, just not enough arch support for me. Naot is my go to brand because of the arch support. Sorry these will have to go back.

I loved the design of this shoe but when i put it on, it fit everywhere except the heel. It slipped when i walked. bummer

These were too small on one of my feet. They're a little narrow in the toe area, and there is some arch support but not a lot. They're pretty snappy looking in a menswear kind of way, but not worth the money for me.

They are beautiful shoes. However I have a very high instep I was unable to get my foot all the way in. Darn.

Fit beautifully! I haven't worn them out yet since it's really a fall shoe, but I can't wait!!!

These shoes were pricy but I loved the design and the wooden heel. And I have a hard time finding navy shoes I like. They fit true to size and I know I’m going to wear them a lot. Worth the money I spent on these shoes. Highly recommend.

I ordered up a half size which I still found tight. I will wear with thin Sox. May order another for heavier Sox. LOVE the style a lot. Recommend this shoe
