I called for sizing suggestions and they fit perfect. Comfortable and seem like they’ll be perfect for my trip. I wore them to work for the day. Easy break in & no pain at the end of a 10 hour day!

I love these! I haven't worn them hiking yet but I've been wearing them on little walks to break them in. Turns out you don't even have to break them in. So comfy right off the bat!

These seem like great shoes. Haven't taken them on a hike yet but have been good just around.

I returned them because of the size. I wear a US women's 10. That was the largest size offered. The boots were too short. I would have needed a size 10.5 or maybe 11.

I read the reviews that said to order a half size larger and followed the advice. The shoes are a bit big, but I put on my heavy socks and lace them tight and do just fine. I think my original size would have been fine because I don't wear my heavy socks as much, but since we're going to be in colder climates the first of next year, I will keep these. I will be ordering my normal size in these for the hiking we do during the summer. They have a decent arch support and felt good the first day I wore them. I did wear them around the house to break them in, but they felt really good. Don't think I would have had to break them in. They appear to be well made. We'll see how long they last.

Too short for a size 11M but very well made boot

Have only worn these boots a couple of times so far, but I like them. They are good quality for the price, and seem comfortable At first I thought that the high top would bother my ankles, but it was just a matter of wearing high socks and getting used to something higher than usual. I don't like the fact that they are made in China. I usually avoid those products and I hadn't noticed that.

I really wanted to like these boots. They have great support and they are sturdy without being too heavy. The shoe was true to size but the toe box was really narrow to the point where it was pinching my toes if I was walking on any kind of decline.

Great out of the box comfort! Slightly large even though they are my regular size - hopefully the fit will be better with heavier socks.

I wore these boots to a mountaintrail work day that required hiking boots, not sneakers. They were perfect for the day. I bought 8M, which was true to size for me - I wore my SmartWool socks with no padding. If you like the socks that have padding, or like double socks for cold weather, I would order up a half size. The eyelets and top boot hooks seem securely fastened, and even though I didn't try their waterproofness out on this trip, my feet were not overheated on a very hot day. The arch support was adequate. I might take those out and put some Superfeet insoles in, though.

The length and width were great. Unfortunately, I experienced rubbing at the ankle bone when tied snugly. I have narrow feet and thin ankles yet even loosening the laces to the point where there was still some support did not help. Loosening anymore would've defeated the purpose of the ankle support. They did feel ready to wear and had the overall durability and flexibility I'm seeking, just no luck with the ankle area hence one star for comfort.

DEFINITELY order a half size up or maybe a full size. All the reviews saying it was true to size I stupidly ordered my true size of 9.5. My right foot is slightly longer than my left and my toe was right up in the toe box having to curl up not even with standing up yet. Sending back and will have to order a 10. I’m a 9.5 in everything, but guess I’m a 10 in hiking boots.

I gave three stars for comfort because the ankle support is a bit uncomfortable.

The boots looked fine, but they were stiff, more like ski boots than hiking boots. I almost always wear a 7.5, but these were a bit short. I don’t think they had any arch support. Will be returning them for a different brand.

I will start by saying that I got these as beginner hiking boots. I needed something under $100 to start with. They are extremely comfortable out of the box, and I didn't feel like there was a breaking in period for them to feel good. I love how they look and the style is great to go with my outdoor outfits. I have two complaints about the boot, which are probably not going to be huge deals for most people. 1) the shoelaces are insanely long and come undone quite easily. I was so frustrated with them that I cut them to be shorter, and have to tightly double knot them to ensure they don't get undone. 2) the waterproof part is really just "water resistant." I found out the hard way that the boot is not waterproof in heavy rain, or if you are constantly stepping in (submerged) large puddles. They will stay water resistant against splashes or quick stream crossings, but anything over 5 minutes of submerging in water will have water leaking into the boot like crazy. For a sub $100 boot, this is probably the norm.

I went up one half size per the recommendation of other reviewers since I wear thick socks and agree that was a good idea. (I am rating as fitting small, because had I ordered my true size they would have been.) I like a higher boot that goes above the ankle bone for support, but these were too high for me and pressed too much on my lower leg. The footbed was a bit firm and I wish there was more arch support (they do have some). The tongue is a bit poofy (another person called them clown shoes), but that can be reduced by tightening the laces. They are bulkier than the average hiking boots. I did not keep them and did not wear them outside, so can't speak to traction, etc.

They felt great and I like the way they looked but within six months the toe covering wore off and the toes split. They were only water resistant for a few months and now they are basically useless.

I don’t hate them, but I don’t love them either. They do have good traction for hiking. I would not say they’re cushiony. They don’t have great arch support. I will be getting inserts to provide cushion and arch support. They rub on my right ankle. The laces are way too long. This was my first time buying a boot over the Internet (shopping during Covid). I think from now on I’ll be buying at a store to make sure I’m getting something special versus average. However, they were inexpensive so I’ll keep them. Not a huge commitment for someday in the future when I find replacements.

I have not worn these yet but I feel they run small. I’m normally an 8 and had to exchange them for an 8 1/2. I also feel like they have very little arch support. I’m still making up my mind if I will keep these.

I know these are hiking boots but wow they are hideous. Online I didn’t get that.... Other than that, way too wide for my foot (which is narrow, but they are wider than usual). Seemed like they might be comfortable for a wider foot. The main problem is they are super thick and puffy at the ankles they just fit like clown shoes.
