I am confused that Ugg wants a review of my "new" product as when it was received there was a tissue packet and dirty tissue in the coat pocket! After several emails I finally got good customer service in sending me a shipping label to return the coat and I was told that as soon as that label was scanned, a new coat would be sent via expedited shipping. I sent the coat back and sent an email letting Ugg know, as requested. I got a standard email back saying I would get a new coat in about 3 weeks from when my return was received. After yet another email Ugg did process the order for a new coat but it has been sitting in processing for days. I have been a loyal customer of Ugg over the years and have never had an issue but to spend close to $400 for a coat to get dirty tissues and not have anyone contact me directly or even follow through on remediating the issue is very disappointing. By the time I get my coat spring will be here and I won't need it

Is a warm coat. And I like the style.

This coat is so incredibly warm! There is no need to layer because it's a thick material. It's also waterproof! I love the inner pocket and the soft lining in the 2 outer pockets. It is stylish and fits perfect. I usually buy small (I'm 34C) and I ordered a small.

Was hesitant at first because it's pricey the reviews aren't perfect, but I'm so glad I bought it! Im 5'0 and 103lbs, usually buy an xxs in everything, but listened to the reviews and went 2 sizes up! When I tried it on, I had a big oversized fleece underneath and my arms were able to move around perfectly, it's a tad big everywhere else but I expected it be with buying two sizes up. The details are amazing, all the pockets are lined with this smooth fleece materials and there's a cinched at the waist that I could tighten. And the color is a big more gray than pictured but that's a plus for me as well!

This parka is the most beautiful parka I've eve had. It fits perfectly the body and doesn't make the "balloon effect." I am not sure why people say it is tight in the arms. I am 5,7 weight 120, and have a fit body (I lift weights so my arms have a decent amount of muscle). I bought XS and honestly fits perfectly. It is stylish, warm, and the quality and all the details are perfects. The only thing I would say it is ore of a cold/mauve gray than the green that I saw in the pictures. It is just unique. I was hesitant to buy it because it is a little bit pricey, but now that I have it I do not regret buying it AT ALL.

Bought this coat last September and get to wear it now. So stylish and keeps me warm.

After trying 3 other jackets and those not working out, this one was it! It's so warm, I love the vest with a zipper and the outside coat with a zipper too. The hood is useful and I loke how the arms have an extended area to keep my hands warm. This is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend. I would buy a size up.

Purchased to get ready for cold weather. Now since snow has fallen, this is the perfect jacket to keep me warm and fashionable!!!

I received my new coat today. It is roomy all around except the arms but If you leave the zipper of the coat down and button the inside vest it is fine. No need to layer. It was was worth buying this beautiful coat.

This is very well made and extremely warm. The hood is taller than I need so its a little big to wear. The pocket lining is so soft!

I am in love with this parka! My son plays hockey & this will be perfect for my time at the cold rink. The parka is super comfy & warm. The pockets are lined so you don't have to wear gloves but I love my Ugg gloves so I'll wear them anyways!

When I first saw this parka I said hmm why so much? I read the description and I said oh ok...I see why and as I looked at the pics I became more intrigued. I didnt want to pay full price so I waited...I went on the Ugg website to buy some boots for my husband and quickly looked at the parka. Lo and behold the coat was on sale. I bought it expecting to send it back. Boy was I wrong..this parka is everything from the lined sherpa pockets, the deep hood, the removable vest...all the details that make this parka fabulous. I absolutely adore this parka!! I would 100% purchase again!! Thanks Ugg another winner!!

Very warm parka, well made and fit true to size. I wore this when It was windy and 27 degrees outside, it keep me warm!

This coat is expensive, but it's quality. I am five seven and over weight at the moment. This coat fits just right in xl. I'm happy with my purchase. It's a classic piece theat will remain in style.

I bought this to wear in a trip to Iceland in the middle of winter. It kept me warm and dry through the cold, wet and unpredictable weather there. I was a little nervous because it's not very thick as compared to some others but it definitely delivered. My only complaint is the arms, they need a little more movement at the shoulders.

All the reviews say the same the sleeves run short or tight mine is not to bad. Look at the model's in the photo the sleeves are to short for them I would recommend going in store to try on. Ugg you need to look into this as it spoils the coat

I will this 4 star. It's a good coat. It fits me well but the sleeves, the upper part is tight. I south's have listen to the other reviews. They did not lie. Can't wear a thick sweater
