Very good quality

I am so happy with this purchase. It's warm, fits perfectly and I love the pink color.

Beautiful construction with a hint of an A line. Looks perfect on and is constructed well. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new coat.

I love this coat. It's extremely warm, so best used during late fall, winter and early spring. It's extremely roomy inside making it comfortable to still wear with a sweater. I ordered the XL thinking I'd want the extra room, but it was unnecessary. The L fit great for my tall frame and long arms. The material is waterproof and dirt wipes off easily with a cloth. The only downside for me was the deep hood and with my hair down the hood droops a little too low over my face making it hard to see.

It's such a warm coat

I bought I size up because I don't like tight fitting coats and it's prefect!

It is versatile, high quality and great for the rain or the snow. The olive color is unique, elegant and discreet. The hood is nice and big which I needed to block snowfall from my face. The main negative issue is that the bottom of the jacket doesn't tighten well which allows the cold weather in. It's been an ideal style and cut for my pregnancy however.

I haven't tried the jacket out yet but It feels super warm indoors pretty instantly. My only issue is that the arms are pretty snug which I wasn't too shocked about that since I read the measurements before purchasing but was kinda hoping I'd have a little bit more give to wear thicker shirts underneath. I also feel like if I was able to size up it would be too big since it fits fine everywhere else. Never had this issue before with other jacket purchases from other retailers. BUT overall can't wait to try it outside.

Highly well made. Cute. Loved the pink. I had to return as it would be too much for Southern California weather. Too heavy for snow sport play. I'm 5'4" and 113lb, size xs, I felt like I couldn't walk in this jacket. I thought it would be perfect for walking in the snowy weather.

Ordered size small and it was huge and long. I am 5'2 and it was way to big. Exchanged it for XS but was never sent the size and had to request a refund. The outside lining is waterproof and the inside is warm. However the sizing is more for really tall sizes.

The jacket runs big. The color and fabric are really nice. But, the zipper is cheap and broke 3 months after purchase. For what I paid, the zipper should have been better made.

I don't usually write reviews, even when they are negative, but given I spent over $300 on this coat in March 2021 only to wear it no more than 5 times before something broke is ridiculous! I purchased this coat in March 2021 and never wore it until the current winter season. After wearing the coat (size M, which ran bigger than expected, so it was very loose on my frame), the zipper slidder came off at some point. Trying to call Ugg to speak to a customer service associate was terrible. Their IVR will send you in loops and push you to text vs. calling or just direct you to their FAQ's online. My question was to find out if they could just send me a replacement piece so I could fix the coat on my own. I finally figured out how to get into the customer service queue, sat waiting for 25 mins, then the call just randomly hung up before anyone came on (and you have no idea how long you need to hold for). I then did their text option which said they normally respond by end of the day, but after receiving that confirmation someone would get back to me by end of day on 1/29 @ 1pm CST, I did not receive a response until 1/31 @ 4:46pm CST (over 48 hours later - from "Briana in Colorado"). Upon asking my question of getting a replacement piece, I was told they don't offer that and then I was told the "warranty" is only for "evolutions for defective items". I was then told my zipper breaking after 5 uses did not fall within this category so there's nothing they can do for me - I can't replace/exchange the coat, send it back under warranty (I'm still within my 1 year of purchase as their website states), and I can't return it. So I've spent $300 on a coat that I can't wear now and Ugg will do nothing for me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I will be telling everyone I know about this experience so they stay clear of this company. I also heard (after I purchased this coat) that they've moved all their manufacturing from Australia to China. FYI.
