I'm a size 8 in 90% of my shoes, but had to size up in these. The 8 was too short. I'll just have to wear a thicker sock. Otherwise, they feel great. Very lightweight and easy to put on. I bought them because I have the thermoball parka and am hoping for a similar great quality in the boots for wear in cold, rainy weather.

B is narrow and these are but I thought they were medium.

I usually wear a 9, but needed the 10 in these.

i love these boots- they're comfortable, have a decent amount of support and a nice, soft, faux fur lining. the reason i'm writing this review (my first ever on zappos.com) is because a lot of people will have an issue with sizing. i'm a true 7, maybe a tiny bit smaller than a 7. these boots fit me fine, but they did have a lot less wiggle room in the toe area than most 7s i purchase, especially boots. i'd recommend that you order a size up if you feel like you're on the larger end of a size, or if you like to have lots of room for your toes, or if you like to wear two pairs of socks. i think my feet are regular width, and i had no issues in that area.

Meh. I wanted to like them (of course!). The good: lightweight, cute. The bad: zero arch support, water *resistant* not waterproof, not sturdy for walking. Essentially, these are slippers. I didn't wear them outside, but I have a hard time believing they are winter-warm. My clogs, which I was wearing before and after trying them on, are warmer. I wear a size 39 (usually 8–8.5, closer to 8.5). Per the reviews, I bought the 9 in these, and it was absolutely the correct size. I hope this helps.

Wanted to like these but they run small. I'm 8.5/9 usually but these in a thin sock were too tight. Don't really want to go to a 10. They look great and would be handy in our cold winters but decided on something else.

I own the north face thermoball slippers and after purposely wearing them outside to walk the dogs and run errands, I figured I should probably buy the actual thermoball snow boots. I bought a size 8 in the slippers and they’re a little big, so I also bought an 8 in these boots so I could layer socks if needed. They’re definitely smaller and more narrow than the slippers, and sadly they weren’t at all as comfy. The slippers are like walking on clouds!! It snowed a few days after getting these boots and the first time I wore them out, my feet were soaked through two pairs of heavy socks within an hour. Thank you to Zappos for allowing me to return these after wearing them, as they don’t do what they were bought for. I should note that the slippers are completely waterproof, so I’m very surprised by this. Anyway, in conclusion, skip the boots but get the slippers!

I love North Face brand and I am extremely disappointed with these boots. I have a similar old pair of North Face's that need replacing and thought this would be the perfect option, but I was wrong. I ordered my normal size, 5, and could barely put my foot into it because it was so tight on the seem below the boot shaft. Once I painfully squeezed my foot in, the boot was so tight on my foot it felt like it would tear - I had regular socks on, not heavy socks). It seems like this would be a great boot, but will be returning these and trying another type of boot.

Very disappointed after having north face boots from previous years. These are very hard to get on, narrow foot bed, and felt very small once on. I always wear an 8 and these felt like a 7.
