These boots are very well made, and run true to size. They're well insulated, but I was expecting a thicker lining. However, since they are a tad roomy wearing a thick sock should take care of that problem. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and do recommend them.

BTW the interior color is light not darker brown as it sort of appears on the caribou. I would have liked it to be the darker color

These are great! The boots are so much lighter than they look. Good traction, warm but not hot, a decent boot that doesn’t make “clumping” sounds as I walk. Oh! Based on reviews I ordered a half size larger. The right foot is spot on but the left foot is loose, I’ll probably need to add an insert

I was looking for a good pair of winter boots that I could feel comfortable wearing when I was driving. These boots are good when driving. I like that I can wear them either rolled down or fully laced up depending on the amount of snow I am dealing with. The size is snug, I do not believe they came in 1/2 sizes, and I didn't want them too big, so they are a bit tight, but warm enough I can wear a thinner sock and still be ok. Not a lot of arch support, which I need, but took an arch insert just fine.

The reviews told me to size up. I usually wear a 9 boots and 8.5 in sneakers and other shoes, so I got 9.5. These things are like duck flappers on me. I still have room in them with a thick pair of socks on. I like them overall, but I just got the wrong size. I’m back and forth between Illinois and Wisconsin, and these boots work for the thick winters here in the Midwest.

These are really cute boots, but they just were not warm enough. I'm not getting boots to wear to look adorable, I actually need them to keep my feet warm whole walking in snow and ice.

Overall good fit, waiting for snow and/or bad weather to put the weather proof portion to the test.

I wear a 6 1/2 so I ordered a 7 because of reviews. They are tight. I will try a 7 1/2. They are cute.

Runs about half a size small. Aside from that the boot is as expected. Bought for my mom as a gift.

The customer service at The Northface is fantastic! I originally ordered my shoe size which was too small in this boot and had absolutely no problems getting the exchanged for a bigger size! And thanks TNF for giving back to frontline healthcare workers, it really made me feel special!!!

These boots are comfortable, warm, not too heavy, and stylish. So far, I've worn them in -20 C and they kept my feet nice and warm. I would consider using them for a mild snowshoeing trip. However, I don't think there is enough ankle support for anything more difficult. In my opinion, their main use is for walking. I am normally a size 8 but my toes hit the front of the shoe with the size 8. I sized up to a 9 and it is very comfortable. The tread on the shoe is okay but not great.

I ordered this boot because my last Northface boots that I had for years and years finally cracked one very cold winter. I was so excited to find these boots because they look cute and warm. When they arrived I couldn't wait to put them on. It was really hard pulling them up and when I got them on they were slightly tight. I would say they fit my foot like a glove. that's too tight for walking. So I went back and bought another pair 1/2 size up. I love these boots and know I will have them for a very long time. North Face boot s are the best!@

I really like these boots. They're comfortable and durable, and great for walking. They truly are waterproof and cozy warm. The only minor annoyance is that when you fold over the the flaps, the boots feel a little less secure than when they're fully laced up.

I'm not the one for winter boots, but these just popped from the start. Design is great and goes with everything. Most importantly they are comfortable and keep me warm in the winter come rain or snow, while exploring either the city streets, or hiking in the nature.

I thing when you fold down the gray part, the tongue is too long and it doesn't look good. Other than that I think they are perfect.

Bought these a few weeks ago & they're perfect for midwest winters! Very comfortable & cute, any snow/ salt that gets on comes right off & doesn't stain (big pro in my book). I'm always a perfect 7.5 women's but my only complaint is the right foot seems a bit tight on the top- probably just needs to be broken in more. I can wear these with one pair of socks & my feet will stay warm & I also have room to spare if I layer up on my socks which I typically do. They're cute to pear with jeans to go out or to layer up in the snow. Also, I haven't slip on ice in these! Would recommend.

Very Comfortable, and I like how you can make them look different by rolling them down.

I really wanted to like them but the bottom looked too much like snow boots. They could be a bit more aesthetically pleasing

These are a least a full size smaller than marked, so much so I could barely get my foot into them. I'm replacing an old pair of North Face boots and these seem lower in quality and less warm. I liked the idea of the roll down, but in reality is seems kind of impractical unless you always wear them rolled down.

The boots are cute and I love how you can wear them folded down or up. They are NOT for cold Minnesota weather. Even with my wool socks and the boots one size bigger than I usually wear, they still make my feet cold When 25 degrees or below.

I was really excited to get these boots after reading all the reviews, but sadly, NO. They're cute in the pictures, didn't hurt my toes as I walked around my little apartment and supposed to be really warm. Unfortunately, they're also big and clunky and look like I'm wearing giant men's boots. I ordered a half size up, since all the reviews said they run small, but I could have gone half a size down. Nothing bad about them, but big clunky boots don't work for me.

I like the design, material, and color of this boot. Has ankle support on the shoe side which is can protect from slip ankle on icy road. Sadly, the sole doesn't have arch support which is super important for me who has flat feet. I tried to insert my own shoe insert but it didn't work well. The shoe width is running narrow. My regular running shoe size is 9.5 and I ordered this boot size 10. I put the regular socks (not the winter socks) on and it was too tight. Overall, this is a nice boot for people who don't have flat feet issues. I suggested to order 0.5 - 1 bigger size than your regular shoes. Sadly, I have to return this boot.
