Had to return and unfortunately they're all sold out after Christmas. My husband wears a 12 shoe so after reading the mules are true-to-size I ordered 12. When he tried it on, they were too snug without socks! Bummed because they seem cozy..

Decent product, but not the same quality as a pair I bought years ago. And the size runs small.

Overall Great Shoe! Comfortable and warm. Warm to the point sometime I have to take them off as my foot gets too hot. Unfortunately not very durable as the yellow fabric on the back of the shoe has torn. Would have expected a little more durability considering 99% of the time I wear these walking around inside my house or to the mailbox.

Awesome shoe. Nine was too small and ten was too big. Felt great though, and these are really warm.

So close to perfection, but the material on the insole has already ripped and separated at the toe, after less than two months of use. I was planning on buying another pair after this pair was through, but I will now look elsewhere for a wear-everywhere slipper, that will actually last.

Great but runs a full size too small. The boarder around the ankle can feel tight and rub.

Construction is great but a bit tight to get on. I've had Merrel and Kubua and they jus t are easier to slip on and off.

I ordered a half size up and these fit so tight around the ankles that after awhile I have to take them off. Probably should have order a full size up.

Comfy, fun colors, nice grip for outdoor walks. However the 3rd or 4th time I wore them the outer material ripped as I was putting them on. I expect more from TNF

Bought back in November during a sale, even bought up a half size, way too tight, held onto it as it was a gift, and now can't return because well over the 30 day return window. Other than that the slippers are as pictured and seem nice enough.

They are very cozy and nice but after about a week of wearing them the fur started peeling off the insoles. Very disappointing from Northface.

The concept of this slipper is strong. Warm, down coat-like feel with a great sole to head outside around the house when damp out in the early mornings or after bad weather. The issue is the foothole is just too small and thus too tight for the foot and agitates the ankle area in a few moments and feels like it cuts off circulation shortly thereafter. I just cannot keep these on more than 20 minutes at a time. You can "step on the heel" and use as a "clog-like" slipper, but in all honesty, it's not that great that way. Perhaps they can make the lining to ankle hole an elastic material and not fabric lined? There is a small piece of stretch material on each side, thank goodness. That does help a little but not much and my foot is a basic 10 and the length of these is perfect for me. Loosen up the foothole somehow and these would be a 10 (although they do get very warm and not really breathable at all).

These were purchased as an indoor slipper only with the hope they'd be cozy and durable. The inside recycled polyester coziness is absolutely lacking. The fuzzy material was all over my feet and and floor when I'd take them off, it still does it to this day. They are not comfy and the sole has started to separate, and I only wear them inside the house. I tried to exchange them because may I thought I had a bad batch but NF service wasn't allowing that. So now I have them just chilling in the closet.
