This is my second pair, the first pair I ordered was a 9, my regular shoe size is 8 1/2. I could not even get the size p on. I returned and reordered a size 10. They were tight to get on and are very tight over the midfoot. Something is wrong with the sizing of these The North Face ThermoBall™ Traction Mule V. They do keep your feet warm. I have ordered the boot.

Great slipper/shoe style slip-on. Keeps my feet warm in my ancient apartment which is always freezing. I personally like the way they look on my feet but some people may find the style a bit polarizing. I really like Northface thermoball technology in a lot of their products. I have two of the jackets and now these slippers. I like the idea of using technology to keep warm and comfortable instead of animal products (don't have to use animal stuff anymore people, be kind to our planet and fellow creatures). Again, had to try 3 pairs before I found the size/color I liked. Northface, your sizing is all over the place. But I would recommend these slippers/shoes. They're different and cool.

Nice for around the house. Don't know how well they will hold up outside.

They are way too tight to get them on and that is without socks. I don't need to fight them eveytime I want to put them on. I have the correct size and next size up same thing.

I order the Thermoball every winter and these were not up to par at all! Way too tight all over and completely uncomfortable! I’ll stick to my old well worn pair, thanks!

Using these as indoor slippers, it's been getting below zero here in the Colorado mountains. It keeps my feet pretty warm, I wish these were slip ons with no heel, I've basically just folded down the heel part and am using it as such but it's a little uncomfortable that way. Also tougher to get into when I want the full fit, I need a shoe horn to get the heel on.

It is unfair to write a review because the pair of shoes I received were at least a full size too small. I should have listened to the other reviews. TO ALL OUT THERE NEW TO THIS PRODUCT... order BIG. I am reordering tomorrow. I liked what I got appearance wise and the packaging was excellent. BUT I could not get the shoes on without damaging them. So... a word to the wise. Order bigger than you need.

Shoes are warm and grip is good, but don't expect to be able to wear them for long periods of time- there is almost no support built into the shoe. I was hoping to wear them around the house in winter but won't be doing that now..won't be purchasing these again

These run small and are tight. You should definitely size up 1 size when ordering. I'm a 12 but need a 13

wish the collar wasn't so tight. cuts off circulation. i've tried stretching the collar, to no avail. not really 'slip on' -able, again due to the overly tight collar. beware people with high arched feet

Comfortable and warm. Reason for the 3 star is the logo on both shoes started peeling after off only wearing them a few times.

Overall wouldn't recommend. The mules are way too tight on top. My feet feel like they are dying a slow death when I try to wear them. They look nice.

I really liked these - the color is great, thickness and softness of the fabric seems perfect, sole is just firm yet just pliant enough, and seam connecting the tread to the body seems durable and looks good.
Sadly, my foot is apparently higher than average just below my ankle, so I couldn't comfortably put these on or wear them; they pressed down uncomfortably on my instep, and there is no way to adjust the tightness there.
I returned these in exchange for the Traction Booties, which I've not yet received but am hopeful about.

Very tight around the ankles, super comfy though, not sure how long they would last, on the tops, a couple smalls Tinders from the bonfire would be devastating
