These shoes are so comfortable and cute! Always a winning combination. I have wide feet and the wide size fit perfectly. Love they remind me of a saddle shoe. I bought another New Balance in the agave so now I have this style in both blue and green. I usually wear a 8.5 and these were exactly the right size.

It is super comfy and I like style except there are only 2 patches (not sets) so I find it very strange that if you use patches they would be completely different so I don’t want to use them. I’m hoping that the Velcro doesn’t attract fuzz, etc when patches aren’t used on the shoe’s tongue, it doesn’t seem like it would so fingers crossed. Love the colors and retro feel otherwise and very cushy on foot.

The shoe fit much smaller for a shoe it’s size. I had purchased this brand and size in a different model before and it fit wonderfully. Not so with this pair.

New Balance is my go to running shoe, but this pair was disappointing. I need a well structured shoe that feels secure on my feet, these didn't offer me that. Although the price was good this pair still wasn't worth the cost. I'll pay more to get the feel and stability I need.

I always wear a 9.5 wide. This shoe was too short and too narrow. This was my first experience ordering shoes online. I should have went with my gut and bought shoes in a shoe store.

These shoes are super cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, the sole is made of a material that squeaks terribly on any smooth surface (i.e. hardwood, tile, linoleum, etc.). It was so bad that I had to return them, despite the other positive attributes.

i adored this sneaker. So comfortable. Great support. Fit my orthotics. And then, 2 weeks in......THEY SQUEAK!! A lot. Hoped they were just breaking in, but isn't going away, it's getting worse. I'm a massage therapist in a spa, so this is really a very loud problem. I'm heartbroken, but they have to go.

If you order the women's wide, know that you will receive a shoe that is, at best, a B and a quarter width. All bets are off if you have wide feet and you are female. That said, the styling was OK and the comfort felt like it could have been really supportive but for the narrowness of the shoe. Avoid if your foot is wider than a B.

I have wanted these shoes since an ad for them first popped up on my Instagram feed. They were sold out in my size on the New Balance site so I was thrilled to find them on Zappos. Unfortunately, they were a huge disappointment. As I told my husband, I felt like I had two tissue boxes on my feet. The wides were enormously wide — even though I typically wear wides in NB shoes — and the material felt so cheap, almost like thin cardboard. The patches, while cute, make the tongues of the shoes borderline painful but certainly uncomfortable. I had such high hopes because the shoes are cute and the patches are fun but they are going back immediately.
