I love how they look and they would be perfect if they had arch support. Unfortunately, they have none! Not even a little.

I was so excited to get these & couldn't wait for their arrival. Sadly, these shoes are a big disappointment. The soles are sewn to the upper but there is no shoe insert, so the seam on the inside is exposed and rubs my feet, especially around the heel (see pic). The roomy toe box is nice, but visibly strange. The soles are slippery indoors on clean floors. They're also inverted through the middle in a line that extends from the toe to the heel, so when standing in the shoes, I feel like my feet don't have good/full contact with the ground beneath me. The night sky pattern is really cute and the reflective stars are a fun touch. But the comfort level and quality overall aren't good. I'm sad to have to return these. I'll stick to the Jungle Moc, which I've worn for years and love!

Not I usually love Merrell, and live in my hikers, but these feel super cheap. Almost like disposable hospital shoes.

They don't keep my feet warm and I don't have a cold feet problem. My daughter thought they looked cool, then they tried them on. They said "EEwwww!" Just not nice on the inside. A lining would change everything. based on reviews I bought a full size smaller, and they are still loose.

Shoe is cute but not made of much. The sole twists easily and provides no support. My pediatrist says that it's a slipper but not a shoe to wear on a dog walk.

I returned these shoes, as they offered no arch support and were uncomfortable both in the footbed and due to a prominent interior seam around the shoe. Having owned and loved previous Merrells, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of these shoes.

Not comfortable, not warm, no support. Poor quality for high price.

Comfortable shoes but cannot wear without socks or with short socks. The lips cut at the top of your foot.

Cute but uncomfortable. Painful even. It's because the shoes curve upward toward the toes, forcing the arches down further. It's worse than barefoot.

The shoe runs small. Comfort is all right but hard on the feet if the overall the shoe is too small.

Everything is right about this shoe except there is no contouring or arch support. I like that the heel folds down to act like a slipper and the toe box is wide and comfy. I will need to buy support inserts to be able to wear an already expensive shoe. I have bought Merrell Mocs for 20 years and this is my first disappointment.

Ordered my regular Merriell shoe size 8. Waaaay too big, so exchanged for a size 7. Waaaay too small. What gives Merrill? Was the size 8 midsized?Probably! Never had a problem with the many other size 8s!

There is this plastic inside that rubs the lower side of your foot not good at all....very disappointed in these...I so wanted them to feel good on my horrible feet....

I expected this shoe to be more substantial but it is basically a house shoe. There is no support at all.

I returned shoes because they were very slippery on my hard surface floors. They were fine on carpets but so slippery on hardwood floor that I was afraid of falling

I had to order one size up and the inner seam rubs the side of my foot. I think i was taken in by the style--it has a really nice look! I have only worn them for a short time and it was a mistake to order a larger size.

I was so looking forward to a comfy warm house shoe - was I disappointed. The wide toe box was great, but the minute I put them on I felt my foot pronate. The sole of the moc is hard and inflexible, and oddly shaped. Won't work for me - I was expecting a sole like what is on the Vapor Glove 4, that would have been perfect.

Right out of the box the right one is looser than the left like the elastic was stretched more when sewn on. It's too loose and my foot slips around a little. The left shoes fits perfectly and is really comfortable. I wear a lot of shoes that have no laces and haven't had this problem. Upon closer inspection they definitely do not match perfectly.

These shoes are too tight. I have been wearing the shearling lined ones for years. Always fit great. Tried to contact you for a return label, but did not even get a reply. Could not find a phone #to call. Too bad...

I was surprised that Merrell made shoes without Arch support. Love the way they look but I only buy shoes with Arch support so I sent them back. I was really looking forward to having these shoes.

These have such slick bottoms with absolutely no type of tread that I can't wear them ANYWHERE. They're too slick!!! Also very wide & no padding! Very uncomfortable & because they're a close out I just lost my money!! VERY ANGRY about this!!!!!! Haven't bought Merrill in years & probably never will again thanks to this!

It needs to have some memory foam insoles and they're awkward to walk in
