I don’t know if I ordered the wrong item or if the wrong item was sent to me in error but I wear a women’s size 9 but I received a men’s size 9 which obviously was way too big. I chatted with customer service and the correct shoe was ordered and shipped, I should get them tomorrow. The whole process of exchanging was effortless. I really like Zappos and would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

It felt a little big and my feet seem to slip.

they are comfortable for safety shoes, but not as comfortable as shoes without toe "protection".

Very narrow in toe area. Almost perfect except for that.

The size and fit were fine. The materials the shoes are made of feel comfortable.

It was ruff at the start but after breaking them in they feel great.

Far as size goes they are fine. My only issue is cause they’re brand new the bottom of my feet hurt.

Fit and size were spot on. They do feel a bit on the cheap side. We will see how well they hold up. So far wearing them at work the comfort has been adequate given I spend nearly 10 hours on concrete walking up to 20,000 steps a day.

Decent for walking around. However not the best for long periods of standing

If you have a high arch these are the shoes for you. Well made, (I used to sell shoes) light weight but will (and do) protect your feet and toes.

The shoes are stylish yet effective for work with the necessary toe protection.

Brand new shoes, seem perfect, great. Now the real test begins, I'll start using them for work this weekend, lets see how long they last.

I have always had good luck with Reebok fit wise, but the arch support is not quite enough for me. That is easily remedied with inserts. Otherwise the shoes are comfortable, lightweight for what they are fir great. Arrived before scheduled which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall I do like the shoes I got. However, the padding becomes uncomfortable after standing or working for long periods of time (6+ hours), and the arch support is also almost nonexistent.

The shoes feel pretty much like regular shoes. I don't notice the steel plate in the shoes when walking.

My safety shoes were a good fit.

Love the feel of the shoes. The memory foam inserts not so great on the feet. Had to purchase some work insoles to make them feel better.
