Classic pump styling for those of us who no longer wear stilettos!

First, these had obviously already been worn (probably more than once) when I pulled them out of the box - scuffs on the heel and the bottom was definitely worn. Hugely disappointed by that - I've been ordering from Zappos for years and have never had that experience before. And that was on top of the last pair of the same shoes I ordered, I only got 1 shoe in the box... Regarding the shoe fit and style - I love the style. I'm looking for something that's a heel but not too high so that I can wear them all day walking around comfortably. These seemed to fit that criteria. But the size just didn't work - my normal size was too big and size down was too small. Very disappointed.

Perfect kitten head, standard Clarks support. On one foot, the shoe fits perfectly; on the other, it's a tad small. I've gone out 3 times in them and either they are breaking in or I'm getting used to it. Perfect overall for both work and going out. Glad I purchased!

These shoes are knock out gorgeous. Then I tried them on. Even though I ordered a wide size, the pointed toe design caused the shoes to be far too narrow in the toe box. Back they went.

my heel didn't fit .. it was the too wide for me.. so the shoe slipped off my heel.. the toe was fine.. just didnt work for me. wish it had loved the shoe...

Loved the look and style of the shoes but had to return, as they were just too small.

I bought these in 3 different sizes/widths, thinking I would need to size up, but they were WAY too big. I've never had this problem with heels before, especially with the pointed toe. I'm not sure I'll try to order in a smaller size, they were nice but just not what I was looking for.

Very nice looking shoe that is well made but was too wide for my narrow foot. Hated that I had to return.

Very disappointed in this shoe. It is beautiful in appearance - color is rich; style is perfect - fit and material, however, are disappointing. Leather is hard and unyielding. Ordered a wide and this shoe is narrower than it should be. Not the first time I have been disappointed in Clark's. It seems like they are using cheaper, less quality material. Too bad.

This shoe hurt my feet across the top seems to be cut too low and hurt the same way two other pair I tried hurt. I am returning the shoe. I am really surprised the shoe is cut so low. It seems a "comfort" shoe would have been cut to completely cover the toes.

I thought there would be much more padding or softness to this shoe. The leather was really hard and the sole didn’t feel at all cushioned. I’m between a 5.5 and 6 and this shoe was a little big. No fault to the manufacturer. I just felt for a comfort shoe there was was nothing to add comfort to a normal shoe. I am returning them. I have had Clark’s before in a loafer and they were fine. I’m disappointed in the pump.

The shoes don’t slip, they fit fine and look nice.

Adorable shoes! The heel is just the right height to be stylish but comfortable. I have an older version of this shoe which was slightly wider in the toe box. These rub just a little across the top on my feet. I think they will stretch a bit and be perfect. I thought the foot bed had nice cushion.

Fits perfectly. I can walk without my heel slipping out. I sit throughout most of the day but these heels are so comfortable i can easily wear them all day and to the store for a quick grocery haul over lunch. Never had a break in period. The inside is soft absorbent fabric so if your feet sweat the inside doesn't become slippery. I plan to buy a duplicate pair soon.

Very nice looking shoe at price point. Office or casual wear. Perfect sturdy kitten heel for hard walkers. Expect these will hold up for some time walking on concrete.

Loved the look of this shoe. It feels a little tight across the toe. But will keep & hope it will stretch a little

Fit good right out of the box.

These are true to size and flexible for walking around my office. The heel height is perfect to be in all day without killing myself. Great shoe!

This shoe is soooo cute and my husband agrees! However, because it will be too much effort to make it fit with heel pads, I must sadly return.

Loved, loved, loved these shoes! The pattern on the black pump took it up a notch is the sass department!

I thought the leopard print was really nice and I liked that they were leather which is softer. I'm always a size 5.5 in the Clark's pump however if they were a mule or had a strap over the instep I usually get a size 6.
