Hush Puppies provide a wide-width option in most shoes which I find slightly more narrow than other shoes makes but enough to make the shoe comfortable for my wide foot. These sneakers are sown on to a ridge of the sole so they are more narrow than expected. The sneakers are comfortable up to the toe box where they narrow too drastically for comfort and visual appeal on a wider foot. After wearing them with thick socks and walking around for an hour the toe box loosed up a bit. The foot bed is not as comfortable as expected but the shoes are wearable without any discomfort and look ok. I wouldn't buy another pair until they correct the toe box and widen them a bit more.

I loved the shoes. I bought half size up because I have read in other reviews about this issue. However, even half size up was still too small. With so many reviews talking about this issue, I think it would be nice for the company to adjust their size chart and don't frustrate clients like me, that will have to return the shoes because larger sizes are sold out.

I am giving one star just because the shoes are pretty and cute. But, unfortunately they are very stiff and uncomfortable. I was very excited when I saw them online and ordered immediately without a second thought!! I ordered my regular size, but they run small. One day in these shoes gave me blisters and pain and it continued the next couple days. I received compliments for these shoes, but ask me if they really deserve the compliments. Unfortunately they are unreturnable, uncomfortable and unwearable. If you read my comment do not make the mistake I did and do not buy these shoes! I wish I read through all comments before ordering.

Cute but no comfort at all! The remind of bowling shoes; very stiff.

I've given these sneakers so many chances and they are completely unacceptable! Of course, the problems with them are undetectable until you wear them walking outside. The toe box was very stiff and narrow. All of the width is in the middle of the shoe. It seems as though they were constructed for fat feet, not wide feet. I bought a 7 wide to accommodate very slight bunions on my feet. I tried stretching them, breaking them in on shorter walks, and adjusting the laces to be looser at top and tighter at the opening. Nothing worked. They are the most miserable torture shoes ever created. Do not buy them. I only wish I could return these monstrosities. It is my first time buying hush puppies. NEVER AGAIN!

Too bad leopard print is calf hair otherwise I would purchase. Great looking shoe
