It took a couple days of all day use and I use "ABEO" insoles but I find them to be very comfortable. I'm not sure that it was a matter of breaking them in as much as it was about how my feet react to new shoes. I walk between 5-9 miles a day at the warehouse and things regularly fall on my feet. I have another pair of warehouse shoes and these look far more like "normal" shoes ...

Seems to run a little large.

First pair, never had this brand before, but so far looks and comfort are satisfactory, will update after a few months

Returned twice for smaller sizes and still too big! They look really nice but the steel toe made my toes feel jammed, versus me regular dr martens that were same size, fit perfect and had plenty of toe room. Good idea poor execution.

Great for a work shoe

Not a bad shoe at all. The fit is consistent with other Docs, so if you know your size in these, it's the same. Ended up returning, without using them in the yard at work, but it was just a style kind of thing. They are good looking shoes, though, and would easily hold up for using with a shirt/coat/tie kind of thing. The ST didn't give me any troubles just wearing around the apartment, probably be just fine for light/medium work in the warehouse. I'm sure the leather would scuff up pretty good, working pedals/brakes on PIT or other equipment, but one would expect that.

They are very good. I like the style, retro.

Full disclosure, I've never worn steel toes shoes, so these felt different than regular DocMartins. Only worn them once so far and felt a little heavy than I was wanting especially for being on my feet 10 hours at a stretch for work. Will have to see how they feel after a few wears.

Dorky. Steel plate under big toe. Unwearable. Returned.

Shoes looked okay by themselves but didn’t really fit the look I was going for with dress slacks, etc. For sizing, I went by my size in a Nike running shoe. These felt narrower but the right length. Sending back because boss says we need boots not shoes.

Fit was a little stiff. Perhaps because of steel toe. I have worn Doc Martens steel toe boots and soles were more pliable. Prefer the fit on the boots over the shoes.

The style of the shoe is overall pretty decent but unfortunately the shoe felt a whole size bigger for me. It might have been the extra room due to the steel toe. I wear US 11 Doc Martens 1460s and these were nothing like them. Very uncomfortable sole as well.

Fit too largely on my feet, slipped off despite being at the end of the shoes with insoles.

They only lasted a little over a year, thought these would be built to last. Back heel end came apart from the bottom sole. The fit was great, took a short while to break in and the they were true to size. They were perfect for my go to work shoes. Just wish they lasted longer.
