Nice shoe for walking

I got this pair of Go-Walk 5 shoes on the recommendation of a friend. The Skechers line has an overwhelming amount of options so it was hard to choose, but I wanted a walking shoe for summer. That means hot weather walking so I wanted a shoe that stays cool and selected a fabric shoe for this reason. They even have an "air-cooled Goga mat" insole, whatever that means. This pair is lightweight and fits correctly for my size. They are still too new to know how they will stand up, but I am noticing that the shoes do not breathe well at all. My feet get hot in them even when sitting indoors in cooler temps. They have an inside liner that is like wrapping your feet in a plastic blanket. I'm trying to like them, but they are nothing like my old Merrill walkers, which stayed cool all summer long. I'm sorry I didn't opt for a better shoe.

I have had three pairs of this style of shoe, the first pairs were fantastic this pair I think is incorrectly marked for sizing.

The rubber in seams on sole bottom is unraveling. I am pulling loose pieces of rubber from bottom.

I purchased these shoes and used them for daily outdoor walking. The soles wore out very fast. I needed to replace them with something more durable.

This shoe is very comfortable too bad it doesn't fit bought a 10 and a half hoping that it would be The same as all other Skechers I bought from you but it was a half inch to an inch too small now my front toes rub every time I go for a walk

Love the shoes but I bought 2 pair same shoe same size, One feels great and one is too wide.

It remains to be seen if these shoes will have enough support. i walk a fair distance every day. they are comfortable but i am concerned they may break down in structure fairly quickly.

I bought it on my dads recommendation. I am mailman I walk on average 15 kms a day. These are not comfortable for that long walks. Feels heavy, feet moves inside which may cause blisters. I wore it for a day and went to return it but as I wore it for a day so could not return it.

I have been buying Skechers shoes for some time now, including golf shoes, but my previous pair of walking shoes, that are the same size as these, we're "relaxed fit" and fit better than these.

Very stylish had several admiring comments, ordered size 9.5 because of my previous pair of GoWalks which I purchased from a retail store after trying several sizes. These are just a little to small, I hoped they might give after a few miles, sadly not. Will not risk buying on line again.

Everyday shoes

I use them for walking. I walk 3-4 miles per day and the sole of the shoe seems to be wearing out rather quickly. Therefor the 3 star rating. The style and weight of the shoe is great, but that durability needs to improve.

I thought I ordered shoe in wide but shoe pretty narrow. I wanted to return shoe but had already walked in them to see if perhaps the narrower width would be ok. Jury is out but still disappoint.

Love Skechers, annoyed that I brought these at full price as present for husband's birthday and the next few days kept getting emails about various discounts including up to 20% off.
