Perfect! I wear these to walk my dog in the winter and they keep my feet warm even when I slip them on without socks. They are clearly durable so I can walk my dog in the woods or snow and my feet are cozy as if I were wearing slippers.

These shoes run small. I usually wear a 7.5 but bought an 8 and I initially thought I might have to return those and move up to an 8.5 but after a few days of wearing them, they stretched a bit and fit well now. They are comfortable and water proof.

Some other reviews noted that this boot fit small, but for me, they fit on the ever so slightly larger side. My sockless foot moves around just a bit in the boot, but the sizing gives me room to wear socks underneath as well. My only complaint, at the risk of sounding like the Princess and the Pea, is that the three labels inside the boot are scratchy and really unnecessary - I took them out with a seam ripper, Merrell. If you're reading, please keep them out next time! Otherwise, this cute boot should be perfect for all my winter errands and to wear home after tennis.

I was looking for a shortish winter boot that would be warm, slip on quickly and have decent traction. These boots are exactly what I wanted. I got the raisin color and it give the boots a little pop of style. The faux fur lining is very comfortable and I don't think I'll need to waterproof them. I've worn them in the slush and snow with no slip-sliding. I've previously gotten Merrell boots for both winter and summer hiking. I find that the size and quality of Merrell footwear is pretty consistent and the descriptions of their boots always suit the purpose..

Warm and comfortable!

I am so pleased with these boots! Merrell footwear does not disappoint. When I first put these boots on, I had my thickest wool sock on and I was worried I should have gone up a half size from a 7 to a 7.5, bit within 5 minutes of walking in them, they loosened up a bit and felt perfect. I can wear these with a really thick wool sock or my athletic ankle socks and they fit comfortably. The best thing about these shoes is that they are not an "in your face" winter boot. They're very light weight for a winter boot, very warm, and they look stylish too. I am a devoted Merrell customer. I wear their trail glove sneaker and love them. I also have their leather casual shoe as a fall casual shoe and have been exceedinly pleased with how light weight and comfortable Merrell shoes are.

I really like these but the ankles slip. Much better with two pairs of socks.

These are super cute and I really wanted to like them, but they slipped a lot in the heal. The slip on and off design leaves a lot of extra room in the heal that definetly cause blisters.

These run a bit large, but I personally like it for ease of slipping on to run some errands in the winter. Also nice to have space for layering up on socks. They're so warm and easy to walk in. These were almost exactly what I was looking for... I wish they were a tad more stylish, but I'm going on 40 and honestly just don't care. Comfort and function over style here!

This is a gorgeous boot. I was looking for something I could shovel snow in at my place of business. I felt like snow would fall down into the top of this boot and that the quilted part would not wear well.

I like the style of this boot. Unfortunately I have to return them due to the width of the heel area. Not a fit for me.

These shoes don't have much arch support. My normal size was too big and half size down was too small. I returned both due to arch support.
