Love the look but shoe is too narrow. I need to return.

I returned these, thus I don't have wearing experience to share. However, they just looked like cheap 'plastic' (no they are not plastic) boots. They were a bit narrow at the ankle, the zipper stuck as I tried to put them on for the first time and they were really stiff.

This boot is quite comfortable, I found it to run a little large and had to exchange it (super easy to do). I should have looked at the sole a little more closely. It is NOT for icy conditions. It has very little traction and slips extremely easily. It is not as warm as I would have hoped, either. I would not recommend this for very cold, snowy, icy conditions. Very attractive, though!

I received these boots as a gift to replace my much loved but worn-to-death Merrell boots that I got a few years ago. These boots are a huge disappointment. They are sized much larger than my first Merrell boots (both size 8), especially in the heel. Even with a gel insert they do not fit well. The boots bruise the top of my foot, which I've never experienced in any other boot. Given how much I love my other Merrell boots, I gave these boots the benefit of the doubt and tried to break them in. Ultimately they are too uncomfortable and painful, but unfortunately I've worn them so much I can't return them. I gave these a 2 because they do look nice. Long story short, I'm back to wearing my junky old boots.

Pros: Love the look Cons: Ankle too small and I could barley put my foot in. Toe box also too narrow for me, which caused pressure points. Not comfortable.

I've wiped out twice while wearing these boots. Once when walking across wet metal, the second time when walking in fresh snow on concrete. This, despite walking in an upright position for decades without falling. These boots offer no traction when the surface is wet, but mud, no problem.

Returned them still waiting on refund. They came looking like someone hand stained them, sloppy job, stain was half done, and very dark, bought the brown color and wanted the two tone look. Merrell quality was not there.

Very wide in the heels. Doesn't feel like it will be very warm. Looks more like an overshoe.

I have purchased Merrel Boots. Then I loved the natural leather. Today I received my shipment of the Haven Tall Buckle boots. I was very disappointed to see that the quality of the leather was poor. Looked fake. Scratches easily. The product is made in China. I guess I am not buying boots from here. To expensive for the quality.
