I was so excited when I got these shoes-the perfect height and so comfortable for a formal event I had coming up. However, after wearing them, the fabric on the heel ripped off and exposed the past heel. I am so disappointed because I wanted to have these shoes for a long time, but I will never be able to wear them again! Comfortable but not worth the price tag

terribly narrow for wide feet chubby toes, bought 'wide' but fit noting more than a medium, tried a size larger still way too narrow for toes to fit comfortably, wide feet people may have wide toes you see ...but the ankle stripes however is weirdly loose no matter what...please please have your designers take a good look at real human wide feet especially for chubby girls, their toes are bigger too, who said fat girls can't wear a pair of fashionable cute sandals that fit comfortably?? why?? do you know how many chubby girls having issue finding true wide fit fashionable shoes all year around? that's a big market that you can't imagine and possibly you will never have ...what a shame. I really liked some of your designs, wish they could fit comfortably.

Absolutely terrible. So cute but immediately the clasp caused severe cuts when walking in them on both ankles.

The experience with (2) pairs in black suede has been that the dye from the sandal stays on my foot. This happed to me with 2 different pairs of shoes. I used to buy the Suede Scalloped style Odelia which was great. No issues. Had this negative experience with both purchases. The first pair I got caught under the rain and of course, common sense the would get damaged. What I was not expecting was that as soon as I took them off, the dye of the sandal stayed on my foot for days even after washing my feet very well. I love Sam Edelman. Only have had a negative experience with this particular design of shoe.

Purchased this in Natural Glitter Linen for a wedding. Loved the bit of sparkle, but the ankle strap was rough against my skin. Ended up with cuts in the back of my heel and around my ankle. Sam Edelman heels are usually comfortable, but this material was horrible. Unfortunately won't be wearing these again.

Shoes had been worn. Soles were scuffed and there was dirt on the suede. So disappointing.

I loved them, but they are too tight around fingers. I had to return them, cause it hurts just to put them on.

The toe area is way too narrow and squish's the toes.

Incredibly uncomfortable and overpriced for the poor product quality.
