Got this for my boyfriend for the Chicago winter and he loves it! Looks great and very warm

I just received the parka this week, and I'm already loving it. What really sticks out to me is how comfortable the coat is. My favorite feature of the coat is the built in face mask in the back of the hood.

This parka was purchased for my Texas kiddo going to school in Chicago.

I buy McMurdo parka every year. Navy is only available in North Face. It's light weight but definitely weather proof!! He was extremely happy with his jacket

I'm from Texas where it's really hot and moved recently up north for college and was dying of the cold but now I'm able to go outside and feel warm. Better yet I love how I can use this parka as a winter coat and a rain coat so I don't have to buy multiple coats. This parka is also very good against strong winds.

I need to know that no matter what Wisconsin winters throw at me, I can be warm and cozy in my coat. If I'm warm, I'll get out in the weather and enjoy it. If I am not utterly content with my winter coat, I will dread going outside. This coat makes me feel cozy enough to hang out on the front porch and read the paper while the snow plows scrape by. It makes me confident about greeting winter and that is no small thing. Thank you ,North Face!

I wear this jacket when the weather is very cold outside. It's the perfect jacket for extreme cold weather, especially when it snows or rains outside. I like how it fits me well, and looks good on me. The only downside is that it can restrict me from moving my arms and my waist.

Warm and comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

My original Mcmurdo is nearly 10 years old and still looks great. It could probably last 20+. Which led me back to buying it once again. I wanted a different color and a new jacket in general. I live in NYC and it can be cold for 5-6 months. You can literally wear a T shirt under this jacket in 15 degrees and you will be toasty. You can wear this in rain, sleet and snow and it will hold up. I even wore my original in a hurricane one time. The pockets are always nice. You can hold a decent amount in them. The hood looks nice too. North face typically delivers excellent quality. Which is hard to come by in today's world. Overall phenomenal jacket. Look forward to many great times ahead wearing this jacket.

Extremely warm and stylish. My wife loves the way it looks too. Great for cold and rainy weather. But also looks great to wear out.

Very Good Product, specially the mask face

So far have worn it in about 15-30 degree weather and it is super warm with just a short sleeve tshirt underneath. We will see how it works when we get to the real Iowa winter. Love the integrated face mask in the hood.

I'm using the jacket for cold winters in Chicago and so far it's been great. Warm and comfy! Looking forward to how it will hold up as the temperature decreases.

I bought it for my friend as a thanksgiving gift and he loves it! It is warm and waterproof, a perfect coat for cold weather especially Michigan.

This parka is awesome. It falls about 1/4 down the thigh, the chest is roomy but the hip area is a little snug. I love the amount and location of the pockets and the down is plenty full and keeps it's shape. It keeps the warmth in but allows your body to breath. I wish the faux fur lining was a little more full. It's kinda shabby. Overall great parka.

My cousin just moved from southern California to Missouri and is experiencing his first time living in the snow. He's been raving about how warm and comfortable the jacket is! He says this jacket is exactly what he needed.
