The first day I wore these they started to shed and one foot had a hole. Soft texture but too expensive for holes and shedding.

I love the coziness but they shed TERRIBLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are magical socks. Full stop. When I first received them I found a good sized flaw in the fabric of the heel where it had pulled apart. I contacted Customer Support and they were really great at assisting me to start a return. The return was really simple and I got the replacement socks very quickly. The cherry on top is that I used my acquired points to get these socks for free. Given that, I wondered if I would be able to do a return/exchange but UGG never hesitated to set things right.

Love these I bought like 3 pair , but the black pair is shedding. However, they’re the most comfortable socks you can have! Upon putting them on I’ve noticed a string. These are expensive socks!! I’m not PULLING The STRING !

Yes they are socks, but YES they are also buttery soft in an almost unimaginable way. I was a bit hesitant about the color but it's better in person (plus there for your feet so who's REALLY looking?!) But they're great quality and made an awesome last-minute stocking stuffer!
