For the price I would expected Ugg to have better quality control and service, throw arrived with two tears and smell funky. Customer service was not helpful and very rude and did not provide a reasonable resolution. Overall service was subpar.

Too small for a twin bed

Terrible blanket. Sheds ALL over everything despite being washed 3x already shedding and pilling keep getting worse. Unusable ruins all other clothes it touches. Throwing out which is a bummer because it was not cheap either.

Returned. So thin and way overpriced. So not purchase. Customer service was awful too. I will not do business with them again!

We have many Ugg products and are happy with all. We have two other throws and are great. We just purchased this one and notic d it is shedding. After two wash still sheds. Thinking that is defective. Might go back to store to see what they can do for us. Aside from this issue this throw is so soft and great.

Was super soft but once I washed it it got fuzz on everything I washed with it and I slept with it that night and it got fuzz everywhere. Not worth the money for fuzz to get everywhere.

It doesn't look like much more than a table cloth.

Came out of dryer all pilled! The pills are stuck to the fabric and very hard to get off. Looks terrible, no way you could use it. Strange that hardly any lint came off in dryer catch. I love how soft they are but so disappointed in how they look now. Contacted customer service and only thing they said was to go ahead and return them. Anyone else having these issues? Could it be just the black color?

I Bought this blanket 5 years ago and it was the best blanket ever. We decided to buy a new one and the quality is horrible. One wash and it's falling apart and fuzz everywhere. We always wash in cold water. My original has been was hundreds of times and still in perfect condition. Very disappointed and bummed.
