Really cute shoes. Just a little narrow but still very wearable.

These were even cuter in person than I expected! I was also concerned because I have a wide foot and the only width for this style is “narrow,” but I loosened the straps and they fit perfectly.

The fit was perfect. Have only worn around doing daily activities. I love the platform look. I have platform crocs also and I can’t wear them cuz I trip in the shoes. Haven’t had that issue with the Birkenstock. If you like Birkenstock and like a funky undated style, you will love these shoes.

Fit and size were perfect. Love these shoes. They look great and are comfortable!

SO cute and comfortable. Not heavy or clompy, just stylish and fit right.

LOve the platform

I tried to love these. Why don't they make them in the regular width? Would have been perfect. I love how they felt outside of the fact that they were too narrow. So comfortable everywhere else, and the style is so modern and fun with the chunky platforms. Colors are great too. Returned them after trying them around the house for several days. The width was just narrow enough that they would have hurt after real wear for a full day. Birkenstock, please made regular width!

I purchased these based on a recommendation from someone that has narrow feet. These were just a tad too wide unfortunately so I had to return.

I returned these sandals because one staple that attaches the buckle to the strap was skewed and the sharp metal was poking out toward my foot. Thank goodness I checked the underside of the straps with my fingers before putting the sandals on! I was only able to try on one sandal. I think I could’ve been more comfortable in one size up (which would be the suggested size for my feet). However, the shoe is heavier than expected and kinda goofy looking, so I didn’t exhange for another pair.

First pair of Birkenstocks... Hm... not sure how anyone can wear these... They feel so stiff, hard as rock, uncomfortable... I know, these require some time to break in to feel comfy, however, I don't know if I can make it happen lol. I love the color & style. They are well made. However, I cant take a risk & keep these in hopes one day they will feel great! Heartbroken, but sending them back.

I normally wear 38 (7) size in Birkenstock. But the the papillo platform one is bit wider and size is lil bigger than expected.

I’ve tried numerous styles of Birkenstocks but have not found a winner. I love the styles & colors available. I wear a size 10 2A/Narrow. Sadly the Birkenstocks in narrow are still too wide. My size 10 feet look huge in these. Love the styles but my Size 10’s don’t love them.

Ordered these in both the tan and black. Returned the tan due to one foot being tighter on the straps. The black fit perfect. My only concern is their already somewhat loose and I have them on the last notch. So worried they’ll stretch out too much and I won’t be able to wear again. But overall their super comfortable and really cute with shorts and dresses.

Staples on one sandal rubbed my foot so returning for another pair which hopefully will not do the same. The suede in black is way softer than the pink suede. Comfortable until the metal staples on one foot cut into the skin.

I've never been able to find a pair of Birks that fit me just right and it's the right style (love platforms!). I ordered these in 38 (I'm always 7.5) and they were too big in the toe, but perfect heel. I could return and try the 37, but will the heel be too short? ARGH! The bright side is that I also ordered the Dr. Martens 8092 fisherman's Arc sandals in white and they're perfect! Keeping those, but the Birks are going back.

I loved these and wanted to keep them but there was something on the shoe bothering the outside of my right foot. I didn't see anything visible so it must have been just the slope of the outside of the right shoe that cut into my foot. I may try ordering another pair of these to see if they are any better.

These are SOOOO cute but I have to return them. Given the mixed reviews, I thought it was worth taking a chance to see if they would work for me. I felt the heel in particular was too narrow while the rest of the foot was a good fit. Tried to wear them for 5 minutes in my house to see if I could deal with it/if they could be broken in and I was already dying. Couldn't wait to take them off. So sad! Size wise, I'm a true size 7 and the 37 size worked really well size wise. But cute if they work for your foot. Good luck :)

Absolutely loved the look of these! But unfortunately they were horribly uncomfortable. It felt like walking on a very hard surface. I had to return due to being unable to wear and for the price I want something at least comfortable!

These felt really good on, but the platform makes them just a little wider than the usual fit.

the leather is stiff.

I tried these on in store today and wanted so badly to love them but as others have noted they just do not deliver on the classic Birk comfort. The narrow width is super frustrating, the footbed has an odd point at the big toe rather than the rounded shape of the regular Arizona, and perhaps most importantly the sole is super rigid - very little flex and no cushion to speak of, sort of like walking with plastic bricks strapped to your feet. The styling on these is great but I'll wait for a version that's comfortable to wear.

Cute shoe but hard has wood! No cushion under the foot and felt like I was standing on rock. Returned.

Had to return, sent a size larger than what I wear.

Say NO to Disposable Fast Fashion. The quality of the suede upper is so disappointing. I have other Suede Birkenstocks (not by Papillo) and the suppers of this shoe are thin and feel cheap by comparison. I can tell they will not last long with out stretching, loosing their shape & falling apart. This is especially sad b/c of all the plastic used to create the platform sole that will be bound for the landfill. I buy Birkenstock b/c of their long lasting quality & mostly biodegradable materials. They are comfortable & I love the forward platform style but I can not justify buying disposable fashion, and it's not like the price is any different than their better quality shoes. Shame on Birkenstock for selling such a cheap feeling shoe. This is coming from a life-long wearer of the brand with about 6 pairs in my current rotation.

Horrible looking in real life and I happen to like platforms AND VERY uncomfortable. Feels like you have a board on your foot. Birkenstock, I love your shoes but this one is a no go.
