Great shoes overall. If you have low arch or flat foot it may not work for you but it fits me like a glove. Had one for years and held up well. I’d say it runs a bit large. I went down 1/2 size.

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks. Although they're not typically the style I go for, my podiatrist recommended them for my severely flat feet/collapsed arches. The arch support on these shoes are definitely great. The straps came to me on the second to last hole, but because these are narrower and due to having bunions, I loosened the straps all to the last hole and it has been much more comfortable. I would say it took a few wears to feel comfortable, which sounds typical and they now feel great to walk around in and my feet/bunions do not ache after a long day in them.

We are Birkenstock fans--I purchased these for my 22 yr old daughter and she loves them. Per usual these run wide and large. She is typically a 7-7.5 on the wide side and 37N fits her fine (I didn't even tell her they were a narrow b/c I'm sure she would have insisted they wouldn't fit! lol). We both loved the purple color--It's not Barney purple--its very metallic and actually goes with a lot of different outfits & colors. I'm so happy that Birkenstock is getting more creative in their colors. These were so cute many of my 22 yr old daughter's friends are now ordering them. I think I might have to get a pair for myself!

Received two right shoes but online chat customer service was incredible and helped me with a replacement quickly.

I wear a 7-7.5 and the 38's fit perfect.

Comfort and style right out of the box!

This was my first pair of birkenstocks, and definitely will not be my last. I love them! The arch support takes a bit of getting used to, but overall is far healthier for my feet. I love them!

This is a beautiful sandal! I love that the gold/green metallic is more green than gold. Unfortunately, the width isn't consistent with my other Birkies. I always order "Narrow" but this "Narrow" is around 1/2" narrower than my others. Back it goes...hope I can exchange it for a better fit.

The first pair i was sent was missing a hole. Was sent another pair that was scuffed up.

I have super low arches and quite a bit of pronation in my ankles/feet. I bought my first pair of Birks 30+ years ago and thought I'd give them a try again. These sandals are super cute....but the arch support was too much for my 63-year-old feet. The pain was horrible. I wore them around the house as much as I humanly could for 3+ hours and gave up. I wanted to love these.....but sadly had to return.

I guess I must accept the truth that a size 5 USA is a size 35 European, NOT a size 36.. EVERY time I buy a size 36, as suggested, it is much too big. I admit I'm a size 5, not a size 5-51/2. But the children's sizes end at 34, and the women's sizes begin at 36! And heavy socks look funny in sandals! Very frustrating! Barefoot is my next option!

Disappointing! This isn't the normal "narrow" of all my other Birkies - inaccurate sizing/marking. Now I'm hesitant to order other Birks.

Even though I sized down, they were too large. Also I found them very uncomfortable.
