I'm real old school. When I came home from duty in Vietnam in 1970 I went right to my local shoe store to buy the latest trend to go back to college. It was green striped Country's. This shoe reminded me so much of the shoe I wore until my feet wore thru the soles. It's even better. Style and comfort. I'm back in class wearing class!!!! Green and white. Gets compliments.

First of all, I've been Samba fan for years. I recently returned to them now that I walk to work in the mornings, and on days when I need to give presentations, I've taken to wearing sneakers for comfort. These are so neat and clean in appearance - comfortable without big, puffy soles, jazzy enough to elevate the casual. So interesting to see these make a comeback. All that's new is old school, for real - happy to see the classics standing the test of time!!

The tweed is insane. I want to leave the Harris Tweed Certification tag on the shoes. They look soooo good. Glad I got these and not the other tweed sambas.
