Don't use it for gym or anything the thing of the back is quite uncomfortable when walking or that's how it felt to me but it is comfortable I do recommend

The color is core black and carbon which allows me to wear the shoes with all my Adidas gear. Love the style and fit of the shoes as they are not "clunky" looking.
