True to size. I usually wear 7.5-8. I bought the 7M/8W and they fit perfectly with socks. I only bought the 8 because I've been reading they're a bit narrow which they are. 7.5 would have worked too but they would have been more snug. If you have narrow feet get your regular size. Love them, super comfy and they're lightweight. And shipping was quick!

Present for my daughter can't believe the sambas are back in fashion. Look great with everything and make feet look smaller. Read reviews on size and stuck with normal size 6 and were perfect.

Def size down I am 7.5 but adidas I'm always 6.5 fits perfect. I have narrow feet and fits perfect
