I'm a pretty solid womens 7.5 and listened to reviewers who recommended to size down. I ordered a womens 7 and they fit PERFECTLY. The back heel causes discomfort if my socks aren't pulled up high enough.

I would recommend sizing down, I'm a W6.5 and I got a W5.5. They fit perfect and I still had a little room to wear with thicker socks. They're super comfy.
