Lasership "mis-delivered" my sneakers, botching delivery as they so often do, and now l can't re-order these sneakers since that was the last size 9 1/2. Next time use UPS!

My shoes hurt my ankle because the top of the lace rubs against my skin.

Sadly I cannot review the product thoroughly because the sneakers came in terrible condition so i didn't try them on. I attached photos of the sneakers upon arrival. They have creases, alot of dirty spots, threading coming out in too many places, there is even what seems like sticky glue on some spots of the sneakers. Absolutely disappointed. I contacted customer service and I was told that even though I explained I had knee surgery and cannot go out for some time, they said the only way I can get a refund or replacement order is by sending back the damaged item. Normally I wouldn't have a problem but after surgery and not having anyone to do me the favor, I feel Adidas customer service didn't even try to do better fixing the issue. Now I'm stuck with a pair of damaged sneakers that I cannot even return yet and by the time I could I'm sure they'll say it's past the return window frame.

This product was poorly packaged. also, looks like i was given worn out pairs of shoes??? i HIGHLY Do not recommend the black OZWEEGO Shoes......

Hello. I have ordered OZWEEGO Shoes in black color. (Black core/core black/silver metallic). But they came around dark green. ( I send you a picture here). I am currently in another country and can't send it back to return. What am I to do as I want my black ones?

I am usually a size 11 in women's and I got my size in these. They fit too big so I got a 10.5 in women's and they fit way too small. The sizing is very weird for this shoe and it's very uncomfortable just for the minute that I took to try the shoe on it squeezed my feet. I was not happy with my purchase and since purchasing adidas will not allow me to return them. The whole experience of purchasing this shoe was so frustrating. I don't think I'll be purchasing again.

Massively wide, looks like clown shoes. Even wider and bulkier than the photos show. Fits very large as well, at least a whole size. Really disappointed- the side profile is really sleek, but any other angle and you're looking like a clown.

I honestly cannot believe I was sent a shoe that looks like the sole came apart and someone re-glued it. This looks like a returned item that was put back together. I was so excited to wear these and they turned out like this. Customer service was not willing to do anything. I can't get the same shoe size reshipped - only go thru the hassle of returning a shoe I cannot get back. I would like my money back.

These are big MEN'S sizes, LADIES. If you wear a 10 in WOMEN'S then purchase THESE in an 8! These are mislabeled. NOT WOMEN'S SIZES.

Adidas shouldn't sell any returned and worn shoes unless stated so. This is not acceptable. Be aware that their discount products may not be new. see pictures (the U shaped on left side had dirt cleaned but the worn marks couldn't be restored.) Customer expect a brand new not returned and worn product !
