I ordered size 13 and it's fits at least a size big. Intended to use it in Mongolia but have to exchange for the right size. Quality looks great!!!

Bought these in 2023 winter of 2023 and I'm not impressed. The laces constantly untie. The in-sole is average, could have been better for the price.

Good warm boot overall. However, the break in period is longer than expected. It's a rubberized leather vs the traditional leather in say the black pair.

I wouldn't purchase again. These boots are not as warm as other UGG boots.

Returned it because the outside of the boot looks like cheap plastic. In the photos it looks like a nice leather.

Haven't used them because it hasn't snowed since I ordered them but they are tight to get on I should have got a size bigger

My husband needed them for our snowboarding trip. He absolutely loves them and they kept him warm.

This boot is over all very nice and stylish. Loved it the first day was super comfortable and warm. Unfortunately found out they are not waterproof a couple weeks later in 5 inches of snow. Not worth the price since these boots seem to be more for the aesthetic.

Beware these boots. They have great style, are comfortable, and warm, but the material Ugg used for the top of the boot between the upper/ankle and the rubber toe is a foam type material - not leather or rubber. After wearing them to work 2-3 days during a snowy week in Denver the foam part of the boot between the laces and rubber toe started to wear away. Thank goodness ugh let me return them for quality issues afterward. They should have used leather or rubber for that portion instead of current material.

cheap plastic look

I bought these boots for my boyfriend for Christmas. Looks very nice, fits nicely, and is warm, but although it says waterproof, it's not. Disappointed because I wanted him to wear it in the winter without having to worry about snow getting to his feet.

Not for comfort at all. I live in Atlanta so that tells you about the temps here. The past two days have been in the 20'ssomething and my feet were freezing. Very disappointed.

Boot was too big and I found an UGGS outlet in Jersey Garden Mall. I went to the outlet and informed a salesperson named Marques about my situation and all I wanted was an exchange. He proceeded to scanned the boot, noticed a difference in price and refused to exchange it. I proceeded to call customer service. They informed me that they didn't see why an exchange wouldn't be possible. Needless to say I went back and was refused again. If he didn't know tow to do the exchange I feel all he had to do was ask someone who did. And the sad part about it this was to be my first of many purchases
