Really disappointed with these. I've had to throw them in the garbage because the bottoms wore out so badly and the heels broke away from the leather. Absolutely not worth the price. Will not be buying Ugg products againsuch a mistake.

Product arrived and picture shown on box was not the item inside the box. I ordered the boot for my husband for Christmas. Box arrived and had UGG house shoes in it. Quickly printed return label and shipped back to UGG and have heard nothing about the return, nor have they shipped the correct item. It would be nice to have an update regarding my return.

Cut into my ankles when I walked with them on.

I usually wear a size 13, but had to go a size down to a size 12 in these. They run quite large, but glad I went into a store first. I just received these today, 12/17/20, and they are scuffed pretty bad on one side. I hope that wears out since I didn't get the leather protection kit. I don't mind wear and tearing myself, but I'd expect them to come in a little better protected than this. First impressions are good. Quite comfortable. I'd recommend these, BUT only if they came in as new. I almost feel like these would have been used.
