I just picked these up and have been wearing them for about 3 months. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. Way more comfortable than the other Australian brand that sells similar boots. I love them. But, the quality is nowhere near that of what I would expect from Ugg. After 3 short months the pull strap came clear off and with the tab, the interior lining ripped out as well. Super disappointing.

I did not know what exactly to expect but the boot is ok. A little loose but ok

First ever Ugg purchase and the boots came heavily scuffed. They seem comfortable and durable still, but the boots being so scuffed makes them look old right away. Customer service could / would not replace or discount my purchase and said my only options were to return or return and buy something more expensive. I might keep these but will not buy again. TBD if the boots hold up over time.

It's a nice shoe but they are cut too big ! Wow

These feel great. However, I've only had them for 3 months and the pull tab to assist in putting them on ripped almost immediately (without much force although they ARE supposed to be there to help you put them on!). I can get over that, but worse, the sole is separating from the upper at the toes on one foot. I have started a warranty claim, but I expected a bit better than this out of UGG after 3 months of not daily wear. The leather is easily scuffed as others have mentioned, but I do not care. They had zero break-in period and are comfortable. I really hope I have better luck with my replacements!

Nice boots, but kind of heavy and the ankle finish hits me in the back hard

I bought the suggested size 11 and felt they were to large . I tried to order the 10.5 but they were out .

It was husband Christmas gift. We opened it and it wasn't wrapped in no paper or nothing. Scratches everywhere almost like they have been worn and returned. He wants to exchange the shoe for the same one. Like I said he loves the shoe. On the flip side, I ordered me a boot to and mines was wrapped, no scratches and perfectly fine. I wish I could trade with him. What can we do? It was bout with Afterpay

Really disappointed with these. I've had to throw them in the garbage because the bottoms wore out so badly and the heels broke away from the leather. Absolutely not worth the price. Will not be buying Ugg products againsuch a mistake.
