I really fell in love with the boots from the material, to how black they were to the sworvaski crystals but I just couldn't get my foot in. It gutted while trying. The sizing was perfect but the foot enterance was just too narrow... had to return them

Returning because they are way too difficult to get my foot past the ankle. I never did and it actually hurt trying to do so. I ordered a full size bigger per the recommendations but it didn't matter. This is a design flaw. They are very cute but it stops there. I'm very surprised that this got past UGG's quality control.

I purchased this shoe and could not put my foot in it. I returned it on 11/26 and have not received a refund . If I could give thos experience a - I would!!!

This mini boot is very cute, but extremely hard to get on. I've been wearing uggs for years and I have never had trouble getting their boots on, except this particular style. I don't have a high instep or a wide foot, but I had so much trouble getting this boot on. I was so disappointed because I love the UGG logo done in rhinestone's. So cute! Maybe they will do this to the classic short boot instead. Probably easier for most to put on.
