The UGG Zia is the most amazingly comfortable and supportive boot I have bought from this brand. (They even feel as good as my La Canadienne Clair boots that cost me almost $500.00). I love the ankle support and the room in the toe area. There is room for a sock. The heel height is just right for this older women and the grips on the bottom will be perfect all winter. I love it so much I am purchasing a back-up pair in Black in case they stop making this boot. (I'm not too fond of the Grey but would love to buy more in Chocolate Brown, Olive Green, Burgundy, and Navy if they come out with some new colors.) I always add my own orthotic to support my arches.... I highly recommend this boot. You won't be disappointed.

I am familiar with Uggs and never order my regular size. I always go up a full size, sometimes 1.5 sizes. I ordered the 9 in these boots and they are quite simply my new go to boot. They are a little funky, a little hip, and just what I was looking for. I was able to remove the insole and insert my own orthotics, plenty of room to accommodate that. I am considering ordering a second pair for back up. They will look cute with skinny jeans, casual dresses and skirts. So excited to have these boots!

Love!Love!love! I bought the Ugg Kesey boot in 2013 and love them. Since I’ve had them for several years I wanted to try a different ugg boot and I’m so glad I did. I had surgery on my foot in 2010 and it is extremely hard to buy shoes/boots that fit comfortably, uggs did not disappoint. I am a size 9 and ordered 9, with my small orthotics (for extra arch support) they are perfect. They are a bit heavier than the Kesey but I don’t mind. Loving my new boots!! :)

I wrote a previous review stating that these boots run smaller than the other 4 Ugg boots that I own. I went up a half size in hope that I could keep these adorable boots. In the end, I am returning them due to lack of arch support. The lack of arch support has not been an issue in previous Ugg boots I've purchased (with the exception of Ugg rain boots).

I’m usually an 8 but had to order the 8 1/2 which was perfect. I have pretty average width and there were no issues there. Boot is comfy and stylish. Can be dressed up or down. I just love Uggs! All styles!

Had to size up from my usual 8.5 to a 9 for length. Appreciate the adjustable buckles and laces to customize width. Sturdy feeling, the shaft goes up slightly higher than I'd expected, but I'm pleased with that.
