I purchased the chestnut in size 7 and they fit me like a glove with socks on. My foot measures at 9.5inches. My feet are narrow and the boots does hug them comfortably. So I'm assuming if you have wide feet, I suggest you may have to size up. These are so comfortable I was in them all day out on a fieldtrip with my child's school. craftsmanship of the boots is great! Sturdy and YES! waterproof! The bottom sole has great traction too. I live in NY and they will be perfect for our winter. UGG signature cushion inside will provide me with the warmth. well worth every penny. Chestnut looks a tad darker in person.

Really sad to have to return these. They weren’t quite wide enough at the widest point of my foot, and the heel/ankle areas were TOO wide and my heel slipped when walking. Beautiful leather and stitching. Just not right for me.

I read the other reviews and they all suggested these boots wouldn’t work for me. I have wide feet, super high arches, etc. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. They are actually wider than shoes I regularly buy such as Clark’s....ugg boots tend to be wide I think in general. They are super warm, which isn’t necessarily a good thing, in my case I wasn’t looking for something so warm but they are so comfortable I’m keeping them anyway. The stitching across the top isn’t tight on my foot. I did loosen the laces quite a bit, that can help with width. They are scuffed a bit but that is to be expected with this kind of leather. As for whether or not to size up, I think it should depend on what you plan to wear with them. I usually wear little nylon foot liners like you would for flats. They are fleece lined. If I was wearing socks with them they would most likely end up being too tight. There is room in the heel. But I like a roomier fit.

As in true UGG fashion, the heel is too wide for me and the boot runs a bit short.

I am usually an 8 1/2 but I intended on wearing these in the winter with thicker socks, so a 9 was perfect. I had to return them because the right boot's toe stitching was all wonky, and if I'm paying full price for boots like these they better be perfect so back they went. I don't normally buy Ugg but these seemed like they would be super warm in the winter with the shearling lining. However, like one other review mentioned, the boots arrived already scuffed up so that was kind of disappointing. I chose the brown color since I figured it wouldn't look as bad as the black. The brown color is pretty true to the color on the website, but maybe a little yellower.

Received these today. Love the look and feel but the left boots is all scuffed and the right boot is not. Is this normal?

It took me a long while to find the right pair of all-purpose boots. These are just perfect.

These boots are awesome. Love the leather finish, just the right rough and tumble look. First time I wore them felt like they were made for me, fit like a glove. The sole is ribbed, excellent traction. They have good structural integrity, but flexible enough for easy ankle movement. Zipped up, the top of the boot is big enough to accommodate leggings and boot socks tucked in. Love these boots!

Living in western NY I need warm , waterproof boots in winter. These checked all the boxes. Fit true to size. Maybe a little wide, but you can adjust the laces. Warm, comfy sheep’s wool lining. Not as stylish as some of the Sorel boots but I changed out the laces and they look better.

My normal size was a little tight, even with thin socks. A half size up felt better. The boots are lined inside throughout - warm and cozy, the insole is removable, with a little effort, if needed. The shaft of the bootie is high enough that I need to lace the top loosely for easy all day walking. The boots can be worn over leggings or under jeans. A good purchase, recommended.

love these boots! perfect for that in between snow, sleet rain, cold weather. waterproof and lined so they are perfect for fall through early spring...bought in black. didn’t care for the brown color.

I normally wear a 9 in shoes, and this boot was a bit narrow, so I ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly! I recommend ordering a half size up from your normal size. They were extremely comfortable from Day One - I wore them 10 hours and they felt great. No breaking in period needed. These boots are sturdy without being super heavy, which I love.
