These were very tight, I sent them back for a 1/2 size bigger and still needed the shoe horn to get one on my smaller foot. I creased the leather on that one getting it on. Then I used my brain and unlaced and unbuckled the straps for the bigger foot and re configured them to go on easier. You have to do this first when you get them!!! They are very tight across the wide part of your foot (base of the toes, ball of your foot) and the tops rubbed my skin as the went on. I wore them without long socks with cropped jeans and they looked so cute! They are much more fashionable than the old Doc Martens I wore in the 90's. They are buttery leather and my hope is they will break in a bit and fit like a glove after a few more wears.

These boots are very stylish. I loved the look of the textured hardware with the leather. They aren't clunky looking or heavy feeling. My only issue with these boots are that they are kind snug on me, I have a wide foot. I found that only where my foot is its widest, it's where the boot fits snug. I'm hoping since it's leather I might break them in. Fingers crossed it works out for me, because these are nice!

This is a great, durable boot but initial wear can tight. Definitely can wear fluffy socks with this boot but your feet will still be warmer in a thinner, cotton sock. Wore for a day or two to fully break them in.

The look of this boot is great and I was so excited to buy them. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with these horribly uncomfortable boots as I wore them a few times to see if they would break in. I can't wear them for more than 10 minutes.

I wanted to love these boots but they were too narrow for my foot. I do not wear wide width shoes, but these were so tight I could not fathom wearing them comfortably
