I love chelsea style boots. These have a pratical heel height for city commuting to the city and work well from day to night activities. If you plan on wearing them with thick winter socks order your normal size, otherwise go a half size down. I have wide feet for reference.

They are made well. The bottom is rubber which is nice because it rains so much where I live. The only thing that I would say is that they are made wide. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe. I ordered a size 8 and they were big. When I wear thicker socks with them its fine.

I wear a size 9 in the furry ugg boots, and often wear a size 9 in my other shoes as well, but I found the Hazel Boot runs large. I reordered in an 8.5, and hopefully that will fit :(
Otherwise, these boots are super cute and honestly just what I was looking for! A comfortable high heel and completely black < 3 chef's kiss***

What a lovely boot, got them in black and they are very comfortable. I can walk in them with no issues since I am not used to heels. The only problem that I had is that on one boot, the top of the boot brushes real hard against my foot. Its very uncomfortable. Itss a cute pair

These are great boots and are super comfy, but they do run pretty large unless you are getting the fur insoles to go inside. Is you are planning to order the insoles (which make these 10x better) then get your normal size, otherwise get at least half a size smaller than usual.

Usually an 8.5 in boots, but ended up sizing down to an 8 (still had plenty of room for a thicker sock). They definitely are more of a casual, borderline clunky bootie. I had really high hopes for these because of all the great reviews.. but idk once I tried them on, I wasn’t 100% in love with them- but still decided to keep them. They are pretty comfortable and look cute with leggings and an oversized sweater. Waterproof is a huge plus also.

The fit was nice, I got size 5 because of the comments, normally I’m size 6, so get a full size down, 5 on this boot is 36 euro, the material is nice but I feel is not so comfortable when you walk, is a little bit high than I expect, also if you have a wider foot I don’t recommend this style.

The shoes are super cute and comfortable! I went to the sizing chart and it said my size would be an 8 like my normal size but, when I received the shoes they felt like a 9. Way too big. I went to the store and ended up exchanging for a size 7!! So definitely go down a size. Otherwise they really are fantastic shoes. I'm happy I got them!

They look great! I originally purchased these shoes in size 10. However, I had to return them for 9.5 as they where too wide. I like the grippy soles and the leather inside the foot bed is soft. There’s is slight cushioning on the foot bed- nothing fantastic. I’m planning on adding my own extra gel inserts. The suede is a mauve color on the outside of the shoes. I think it’s beautiful. I do wish Ugg’s made the inside of these shoes with the shearling! It would be perfect.
Unfortunately, one shoe was sewn defectively
On the stretchy fabric over the ankle part.
The left shoe was sewn on a slight angle instead of straight like the other one. This results is the left shoe having a wider ankle space that feels wobbly and my foot slides forward when I walk. The right shoe feels good.
All in all.. I love these Hazel UGGs. I’m planning on exchanging them for new pair. (And I bought a pair in black too.)
