Poor quality and too big. Never worn still in the box as it came in. Would like to return and get credit for it to swap with another one.

The shoe was overall good but the heel part of the shoe rubbed my ankle raw.

They hurt my feet when wearing them

I got the wrong size

10.5 is too big, 10 is too small. Don't waste your time or money buying shoes online. Terrible concept. Go to a store where you can try shoes on & not have to deal with waiting for shipping & dealing with the hassle of returning them because you couldn't try them on first. Zappos is absolute garbage unless they open some "brick & mortar" stores.

I need a size 10.5 extra wide

The shew opened up a sore in my ankle and caused it to bleed they are worthless I can’t ware them even for a 4 hr shift
