Customer Reviews New Balance NB Heat Loft Jacket

Loved this jacket the moment I saw it. My mom bought it for me for Christmas. After wearing it three times the zipper won't go up .So disappointing (that is why I gave it three stars). Hoping they will be kind and exchange it for me when I call customer care.

Loved the texture and look of this jacket; however, I am 6 feet tall and slim, and the large was too big and still too short.

New Balance tanks fit me wonderfully. This jacket, not so much. The color was beautiful and I wanted it to look good. The arms were too long, the body too wide and the shoulders fit fine. It was ill fitted and thus returned

Jacket is true to size, not too heavy. However, I've had the coat 2 weeks and the zipper won't go up. Fun times!

Nice fabric, but a zipper right over your bra area is not comfortable at all. My review was flagged for the correct term.

Don't get me wrong, I loved this jacket out of the box! Looked great, felt great, lalalalalal... However, the material snags and the zipper broke on the first washing and, presently, the jacket is functionally useless as it can't be zipped up.

I loved this jacket. Very comfortable and warm. But the very first time I washed it according to the instructions the zipper broke so it can no longer be zipped rendering it unusable for winter runs. Would expect more from New Balance based on prior experiences and cost.

The fabric was thin and stiff and it did not lay or fit well. looked much better in the catalog than in person. Definitely not worth the price.
