Runs small, had a defect in lining and not Ugg quality

These slippers are extremely tight and hard to get on. I wear an 8 but bought a 9 and a 10. All fit the same. Had to return them.

I was very disappointed in this slipper. I normally wear an 8 and when they came I couldn't even get my foot in them. I sent them back and ordered up to a 9. The nines were extremely narrow and very uncomfortable. I ended up sending them back too. That's the only thing I dislike about Uggs. Their sizing is very inconsistent. I actually own 18 pairs of Uggs and LOVE them. But 3 of the 18 pair I had to send back for a different size. The same thing happened with both my daughters this year at Christmas. I bought each of them a pair of Uggs and we ended up having to return them because of incorrect sizing.

I originally ordered these in a 7, my usual Ugg size. I LOVED them but they were a smidge too small. No problem, I thought, I'll get the 8. They are slippers anyway, so even if they were too big by a bit, better that than too snug. Now, at most, I'll be a 7.5. I've never been an 8 in my life, but like I said, they were slightly too small. The 8 arrived and... they are the exact same size as the 7. I have no idea if these were mislabelled on the inside (I checked twice because it was too weird) or if I just got a weird pair, but the 8 was EXACTLY the same size inside as the 7. So someone really messed up. I was really disappointed because these were so cute and so warm, but I wasn't about to order the 9 just in case because I've already been through the ringer with these. I've never even experienced a 7 and an 8 being exactly the same size so this was super surreal.
