I can’t believe I waited this long to buy a pair of TOMS and I am going to buy more. I Love them ?

I wear an 11 and was concerned that these might be too small given some of the other reviews, but they fit perfectly! The heel is very soft, which allows you to use these like a slip-on if you just need to put them on quickly to go grab the mail, but it also makes it so that you have to fit your finger inside the heel to pull it up over your foot if you want to fully put them on. Wiggling the heel out felt a little snug, but it wasn't difficult to get on after a minute, and the fit felt perfect once it was on. The lining inside is unbelievably silky and soft, and the outer sole feels sturdy. I wouldn't say it has any arch support, but being a slipper, I didn't really expect it to. Altogether they're very comfy, warm, and soft. What more could you ask for out of a slipper?

The fit and size were true to size. I love the style and feel of these. I bought three pairs of different slippers and these were the only ones I kept.

These are not only cute; they are so much fun to wear! Comfortable and just plain great!

This is the most comfortable slipper I've ever owned! From the moment I tried it on, I could tell that it was everything I'd hoped to find in a slipper. Most importantly, it doesn't slip when walking, giving me a feeling of security I rarely find in any type of shoe. I intend to buy more of this style when they're back in stock. A great fit!!!!

It has been a long search, but I finally found a pair of slippers that fit! I have a rather long narrow foot, and most slippers slid right off my heel. These fit snuggly, but not too snuggly, on my heel, and stay put. They do not have any arch, support, but they a slippers, and I did not expect them to. The insoles are soft, cushy, and warm. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Zappos, for the option of trying so many times, and returning all the failures at no charge.

These are adorable slippers and have good support. They're very comfortable except for one thing: there is a seam across the top of the instep with a sewn-in tag that is very rough. I couldn't see how to remove this tag and stitching without ruining the slipper, so i had to return them.

While I loved the heel hugging back, the overall size was too small and toe cramping. Wish these came in half sizes since going up a whole size would be too much. Returning.
