Didn't like how it fit around my ankles - sadly going back

The size was fine but these boots didn't feel comfortable on me. I do have a higher instep so that could be it. they felt stif

ITS TOO WIDE AT THE ANKLE

The finished nylon edge around the top of the shoe was too stiff and irritated my bare ankles while walking around. The style is definitely cute and more refined than the classic, but since I'm primarily drawn to the Ugg brand because of comfort, these will be returned. If I try another style with the wedge heel, I'll probably go up a half size since my usual 9 felt too tight in this model.

I am a 7-1/2. Thought the 8 would be too big, but the 7 was actually too small.

I’m usually an 8 in Uggs but based on other reviews, I ordered a whole size up. They were still too big..... I need a 8.5 and unfortunately Zappos don’t offer half sizes! The opening is small but I was still able to slide my foot in. Go half a size up!!

I had to return and get a size larger because the ankle opening was so small , I have to use a she horn with the bigger size and it feels big when I wear it now

These shoes look adorable but I didn't find them comfortable.

i love zappos, however these were tight at the toes. Bummed. I really liked the style.

Was very surprised that an UGG brand shoe could be so uncomfortable. These felt very tight and much smaller even though I ordered my usual size that I wear in this brand. Mostly though, I found these to be very stiff and hard. Didn’t have good flexible movement and sole was not comfortable at all. Very disappointing.

Love the look of these and was so hoping they’d work but I ordered my usual size and couldn’t even get my foot through the opening of the boot. It’s not so much of a width issue as it is the length. I never considered myself to have a high instep but maybe I do. I love them so much I may order in a size larger just based on other reviews mentioning they were short in the length but I’m not sure that would solve the problem of the top opening of the boot being too small.

They are so cute and would be perfect; however, I ordered 1/2 size larger based on other reviews and they were still tight and felt short in my toes. Have to return as I need to be able to walk well in them.
