It's hard to pinpoint why I didn't love these. The strap across the foot was comfortable, but the ankle straps were a bit restrictive to me. That, coupled with the color (which leaned more mushroom-y than nude to me) were the reasons I'm returning them. Also, the style might look better on a narrower foot.

This is the second time I've ordered these shoes. The first time, I was disappointed by the color and sizing. The color is more on the taupe side rather than nude. Last time I ordered a size 7. I'm usually a size 6.5 to 7. I saw reviews that said this ran small, so ordered a 7 to be safe. That was incredibly small and my toes hung over. So, this time I ordered a size 7.5 and they are still too small and my toes at right ar the edge when standing, and hang over when walking. I am undecided on ordering a 3rd time abs going up to an 8. I have a narrow foot so I'm worried going up to an 8 would be too loose around my ankle and the toe strap. All that to say to order at least a size up and be aware that the color is closer to what is in the video and not the nude color pictured.

As other reviewers mentioned, these shoes run small. I usually wear a women's 9 or 9.5 in dress shoes, and I ordered the 9.5. My toes extend all the way to the edge, and even a little over. I will have to return these. Otherwise they seem like nice shoes, but definitely go at least a half size up from your normal shoe size.

These shoes were very frustrating aside from the fact I have flat feet, I can fit into relatively any medium width shoe. With that, I wear a 9.5 and these felt at least a full size smaller in both width and length. I ended up buying a pair of Franco Sarto shoes which I kept because I felt they were a little bit more solid and well-made and felt true to size.

Very cute sandals, but too small.

The shoe had ok support, it does run small, but the main reason for retuning them was the heel strap, it is wide and digs into the upper part of heel and hurts, took 10 steps and said no way.

These sandals are really cute. Just what I was looking for. However, they are way too wide for my foot. The strap over the foot is extremely wide. I could pull my foot out of the strap with no effort. Unfortunately these will be going back. If you have a wide foot, I highly recommend.

I have a pretty average foot and these were super narrow! They also felt kind of cheap compared to other shoes from Steve Madden.

I own two other pair of these from previous years, and the fit on those is great. The strap across the toes on this one is too wide and loose. Sadly, I must return them.
