Originally purchased these for my mother, she just didn't like the way the was able to see her toe at the top of the boot. Maybe it was the way her foot was shaped because she gave them back and they look perfect on my feet! Great buy

I brought this as a gift. They are so light. I think she will love it.

run true to size. Purchased for my daughter who wears a size 5 ... comparing a few pairs of shoes these are at least a half size smaller in length and width. Returning and reordering in a size 6 but the hassle is not worth it if the 6 does not fit either. This is a huge reason why I hesitate ordering anything other than soft ugg boots - their sizing is majorly inconsistent.

Very comfortable. A fashionable shoe, can be dress down or up.

I brought a new pair of boots very similar to these by UGG and they didn't hold up after just a year despite taking impeccable care of them and not wearing often. Customer service is horrific and if you are unhappy with their product be prepared to get a rude and uncaring person on the other line. What ever happened to standing by the quality of your products and making customer satisfaction a priority? Used to buy UGGS often but will never again after this beyond frustrating experience.

Wanted to love these cute boots but couldn't. They gave me such painful blisters on both feet within 15 minutes of wearing them. Still nursing two open wounds. I haven't had blisters from shoes in years! Had to return them.
