I have bought many pairs of these sneakers...UGG always changes the design slightly but this newest version is really the least nice - the shape of the shoe isn't as flattering, the grommets are black instead of silver and they changed the zipper...overall they just look cheaper. Such a bummer.

Like the sneaker but it runs big on me. I'm usually a 7 but I need to downsize to 61/2.

I wish they were just like the style I bought in 2018, zipper on the diagonal, metal lace holder, and the white sole not as thick. Why did you change a good thing?

Got the black with the white sole for Christmas and I was SO excited- then I opened the box and it had black laces. I was hoping they would be in the box but they weren’t. I got a size 8 and they fit nicely but the back slides up and down on my heel. Not totally in love with them so they’ll most likely be returned

I was expecting these to be more comfortable. I wore them for a few hours and had to take them off because my heels hurt. They also rubbed against my ankle bone. I'm afraid to wear them again honestly.

I just got these like 20 min ago. Like other reviewers I really wanted to like this shoe, but it does run a bit big and I would advise folks to order a half size down. I'm an 8 and think that a 7.5 would fit much better. I wanted this shoe to fit snug but it's too loose, and almost feels as though I received a returned shoe from another disappointed customer/viewer. I'm contemplating on sending them back. Need to see if they have a half size down. :-( Oh, and yes they do give off the "clown Shoes" look until you put them on then they look OK.

I LOVED THOSE SNEAKERS WHEN I SAW THEM ONLINE, VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I RECEIVED THEM, THE WHOLE LINING IS RUBBER!! :(, NOT LEATHER, NOT EVEN FABRIC, PLASTIC = SWEAT, THAT'S WHY I RETURNED THEM IMMEDIATELY, VERY NICE SNEAKERS, SOFT BUT THE LINING......A BIG NOPE!!. :(

I bought black uggs that are a bit dressy last year and they are so comfortable I can walk anywhere in them. I was so disappointed in this style. They are cute cute but there is no support and they slip on my heels. Back they go.

The size I usually purchase was too big. I bought the black, when I tried them on I did not like the look of the all black. I wish they came with the white sole and black laces. The ones that have the white sole have white laces.

These shoes were adorable and I received many compliments on the one and only day that I wore them. Unfortunately, they rubbed my ankle so badly that I’m pretty sure I will have a scar. I couldn’t wait to get home and get them off. I wish I could keep them because they were so cute.

The shoe looks very nice, however they are not good for a person doing a lot of standing or walking. I'm going to have to buy an insole for them or discontinue use.

Ugg's Olli sneakers were my absolute favorite - I buy a new pair about every two years to replace the previous ones - but they always change the style a little and this new version is so much less nice than the previous version. Small changes but the shape of the foot is pretty different and now unflattering, the shoelace holes don't have grommets anymore, and they just look and feel much cheaper. Such a bummer.

I love UGG boots and a pair of slippers I have, but these boots/shoes are nothing like the quality of the other items I have. The size was OK, but the shoes are very uncomfortable. I put a Dr. Scholl's pad into the bottoms, which helped a bit. Then, I re-laced the shoes so as to get better control over the fit - that increased the comfort level but the heel slips when I walk, which is very uncomfortable. I can't figure out what to do about it. Unfortunately, I am afraid I will not get much wear from these shoes. I do not recommend them.
