I wear Naturalizer narrow shoes. For a formal shoe it is extremely comfortable and fit perfectly.

I am so HAPPY I bought these shoes. I am a singer and I had a very important performance on Saturday. A few weeks early I broke the toe next to my pinky toe and could not wear any of my heels/shoes without pain. (a girl has to wear heels!!) So I ordered these and they worked perfectly. Stood & walked in them for 5 hours without any pain or swelling. The patent leather, chunky heel, ankle strap, & 2 1/2 inch heels were amazing and I received lots of compliments. I will be ordering another pair soon! FYI: My foot is slightly wider and the regular size in these do run a bit narrow, so I got the 9 1/2 Wide and they fit me perfect. So happy!

I broke one of my toes and was having difficulty finding heels that I could wear for a performance on stage. All the heels I had caused too much pain but these were a miracle for me! I wore them for five hours straight, and my toe didn’t hurt at all. The 2 1/2 inch block heel Really supported me. The only negative is that the ankle strap isn’t long enough. I was wearing my shoes in the first hole on the strap. I got the wide, patent leather. I definitely plan on buying another pair Once I decide what color to get!

Love those shoes, but beware they runs narrow. I have a narrow foot, but those shoes was kind of too tight for me. Other Naturalizer narrow shoes runs wide for me.

Super supportive and padded for a heel. Band around the forefoot is perfect for narrow feet. Blocky heel isn’t exactly sexy or fashion forward, but the ankle strap redeems the style a little bit. I think these will be very comfortable.

I got the Black Patton in a 4 1/2 and they are perfect in medium walked around the house so comfortable they have a very good arch support the straps are so soft. I can’t wait to wear these for a special occasion. Hope to get these in another color. It is very hard to fine my size.

These shoes are perfect for what I need them for they are soft padded and very comfortable walking in my home. Can’t wait to wear these out to an event they are a beautiful shoe have these in Black patten & cream! Thank you naturalizer!!!! for making small sizes.

These were "true to size", but I sized up after reading reviews. I normally wear 7B but sized up to a wide after reading the reviews. They fit perfectly and are my first pair of red shoes. I love them, taking them on a Christmas cruise.....

I wore these shoes all evening including on the dance floor without a problem! The shoe looks great and leg lengthening even though the heel is not that high! I highly recommend this shoe :)

My foot is wide so it is almost impossible for me to find dress shoes in any walk-in store. These are beautiful and fit me perfectly. I have a wide foot and these do not pinch anywhere. My 15-year old daughter loved the red suede and wanted a pair herself.

My daughter wore these shoes for Homecoming and danced all night. She said they were fantastic !! She has been to many other dances and never loved the heels she wore as much as this.

I wear a size 8n and this shoe fit perfectly. Comfortable the first time I wore them.

Since this did not come in it's original box, I would guess that it had been tried on several times by customers with a good wider than a narrow. The silver and the beige were fine for a narrow foot keeping the foot in place without sliding down. I like this style. But note that the back is a little harse looking for a Spring Dress.

These flt great, except that the shoe rubs the top of my ankle.

The toe strap of the sandal was just in an awkward place for my feet. Toes were very scrunched up and just where the strap hit made it uncomfortable.

These are so Comfortable but think the wider width is better . Very lovely shoe for office-or dress. Will reorder in different colors for sure
