I BOUGHT THIS SHOE TO GO TO A CONCERT AND I HATE THAT I BOUGHT THEM. I HAD BLEEDING BLISTERS ON MY FEET, ALL DAY COMFORT WAS PROMISED IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT THEY TOTALLY FAILED TO DELIVER! I had to walk 4 blocks to get to the arena and had a horrible evening because of these shoes. 3 days later, the blisters are open on my feet and it hurts to put shoes on. I NEED A REFUND!

These shoes are beautiful, but I could not get them on. The sling strap has hardly any elastic to slip it on. I have many pairs of Naturalizer shoes and wear a 4. I'm disappointed.

Horribly uncomfortable. ZERO stretch in any of the straps. Couldn't wear for more than an hour the day of my daughters wedding. The style, color, heel height and glam were just what I was looking for, but they are torturous to wear. Why oh why was there no stretch in the straps. Thank goodness I brought flats. Such. A. Bummer.

Beautiful shoes but painful to wear for an extended period of time. I bought these shoes for a cruise but could only wear them for a short period of time because the strap is too tight across the toes and wore a blister on my toe. I had tried them on when I first purchased them & they were fine, but I wasn't walking very far in them. Too bad because these are beautiful shoes.

The strap that wraps around the ankle was way too big and there is no way to adjust it. The other part of the shoe fit perfectly.

These shoes arrived and when I opened the Amazon box the shoes were just thrown loosely inside without a shoe box. The shoes had obviously been worn before looking at the soles. This is not what I would expect from Zappos. Very disappointed. Sending back for a full refund.

Love the look, shoe slipped on my heel with no way to tighten. Also, many, many of the rhinestones are missing on a new pair of shoes upon arrival. I can't imagine how bad they would be after wearing a time or two. Returned the shoes, dissappointed.

These are not wide shoes. I ordered wide and even though they said they were wide I could not get my foot In them. I usually hsve no problems with wide shoes, these are going back!

the ankle strap is consistently tooooo long around the ankle . Tries several sixes and the length of the ankle strap is NOT proportionate to the shoe size width and length on the foot. toe area is very confortable good width but heel area is way tooo loose.Heel slides off of shoe which is not real safe in heels.

I really expected these to be comfortable, being from Naturalizer. But although the heel and footbed were pleasantly stable, the straps felt as if they were made of iron! There's no stretch to them and they are very hard and unforgiving across the top of the feet. There's no way I could walk anywhere in these. Sadly, I will have to return them.

The toe strap is way to narrow and doesn't stretch at all. The ankle/heal strap is huge and doesn't even touch my skin. It has no buckle or adjustments. The shoe is pretty, but the design and execution make it unwearable with anyone with five toes and a normal sized ankle.

The wide width is not wide. Coincidentally someone at the same event had the same shoes and I told them I had ordered the same shoes and she immediately replied that she needed the wide. They are classy looking, but definitely order wider than you would normally wear.
