No way I could wear this shoe although I ordered my normal size - 8 W. Very uncomfortable for me. I had to return them.

Cute shoe but no padding in the sole. No way I could wear these for any length of time. Too large in the heel. The heel height is good. I am a flight attendant; bought these for work and can’t wear longer than 5 min in my house before the balls of my feet began to ache. Naturalizer is overratedas I was not impressed. Expected more.

I was sorry I had to return the shoes but they were way to large. Definitely not American sized.

The color is purple not navy

Unfortunately not for those of us with bunions, but cute shoes!

This is the first fail I had Naturalizer. I had to send them back the day I received them, they run small - you need to purchase a half size up...

very uncomfortable shoe

The shoe box was uncomfortable and the shoe felt wide.

This shoe hurt my foot immediately upon trying it on. It pressed on the bone of my big toe/bunion area. Sorry to say, these are going back.

The shoe color is not as pictured but is more of a cream color. The right shoe pinched the top of my foot right above the big toe. They are not as pretty as pictured on web site. I am sending them back.

They dont fit

These shoes are purple, definitely not navy. Tight in toe box and material on top is plastic. Uncomfortable

I was surprised at how large these shoes were on me. I have worn Naturalizer shoes for years and in the same size, but this pair was different. The width was fine, the arch support didn't fit because the shoe was too big. I loved the material and look, but I couldn't walk in the shoes because of the large size.

Very uncomfortable shoe. The structure of the shoe is stiff as well as the upper leather. The balls of my feet hurt just trying on the shoes. Not what I expected from this brand.

I have narrow feet. This shoe is definitely not for feet like mine and that's sad: it's a really nice shoe.

It was pretty apparent that this shoe had been worn and returned. I gave it one star for this reason. Otherwise probably would have kept the shoe

These looked beautiful in the picture on the Zappo’s site but IRL they look fake and ugly.

Pinched at toe box

It was damaged. shame on you sending me someone else's shoe.

Very comfortable when I tried them on at home with cushioned insoles. However, once I started walking, I realized how uncomfortable they truly are, especially around in the toe area.
